There were a lot of glitches. Thank God my realtor was a friend and the big boss got involved to see my transaction through. I love my home!! The home is a smart home and I feel Lennar could and should do a much better job of helping clients get everything set up. The process of purchasing my home was not a fun one. Lennar employees were not on the same page as to whose responsibility it was for each process so I felt tossed about regularly. If it weren’t for Diane getting involved and being so very gracious, I may not have completed my purchase. I am very glad I did.

We enjoyed the construction process from framing to close and it was nice to see the different stages and to see it finally be ours before the deadline was awesome.

The Sales person,Roy ,I give 5 STAR. He was very easy to communicate with. He always responded to our questions. Gerry, the construction manager, I give 5 STAR. He was also easy to reach and explained /answered our inquiries. OUR CLOSING ON 10/1/21 DIDN'T HAPPEN DUE TO LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH LOAN DEPT & TITLE COMPANY. I GIVE THEM 1 STAR. BECAUSE OF THAT WE HAD TO MOVE ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER HOTEL, SINCE OUR CLOSING IN THE HOUSE WAS ON 10/3/21.

We found our home purchase very streamlined and easy with Lennar. The on-site team were easy to work with and friendly.

The warranty service team here is excellent. No matter what the concern is it receives a top priority response and resolution.

Mostly is what I expected from Lennar's good reputation. Their mortgage brokers and its department need lots of improvement, not for this, Lennar would have received 5 stars instead of 4 stars from me.

Lennar finishes the job on time! Many other builders do not. Joel, Brandon are two of the best construction managers we have had the pleasure to work with. Paul in support is very good too. We have bought and sold several homes within Heritage Park and the people make the difference at Lennar. Thank You for the ongoing support

If you see something that needs be looked at early they are on it to try to fix it. Like the way they explain things to you and make sure you understand as they build.

I wish they would have worked with us on the closing after initially telling us we would close the end of May it cost us an extra $4,000.

Hectic at times but overall very pleased. Hats off to Jorge, Wade, Cristina, and my sales rep Shay. All excellent people who take pride in their work and go the extra mile. My exp w/ Lennar Lending however was a complete joke. Quote from your lending rep “if you don’t like the interest rate you can go back to renting” —-excuse me?

Homes are very nice...It would be helpful if door jambs were better suited for adding screen doors.

After we purchased the home a few thing weren’t right, so we contacted Lisa your after market sell person. She was great Five stars for her. Also the foreman was the same Five stars.

Great value builder with good quality product.

Need more flexibility in options i would like to purchase.
