No communication from land development company. No idea when the sod/irrigation etc. will be installed or future plans for property.

Still don’t have an security operating security system that was part of purchase price.No one seems to know how to fix it. Also do not have any screens for windows.

Material quality used in house is very cheap, the vinal floor and carpet are of very poor quality.

Experiencing good service for response from leannar company. But if you improve the qulity, actually we don't need the service a lot.

so far we have Replaced carpet in Master bedroom seam open at sections Two visits they ordered the wrong carpet color the first visit for repairs Close off 1 to 2 inch opening on all steps on the lower stair case and re-carpet Need to fix Soffit vent on South side of house When deck was installed outer facing of exhaust smashed not able to replace without removing deck Replace all drain plugs in sinks which were discolored from chemicals Replace all toilet seats because of scratches caused by using toilet seat as a work bench Garage floor uneven will have to cut in 2 feet and the full width to level out so garage door will close and seal properly. all of this not to mention Tile cleaning alignment of tiles on walk in shower and white residue on floor in kitchen and living room areas... ... Started the homebuying process right when Covid hit. Our Home Consultant was great at adapting to the new safety guidelines and we felt comfortable in working with him. We hit some bumps here and there which was not one persons fault but rather the situation. We moved in about six months ago and have unfortunately had problem after problem. The construction manager has been excellent in addressing our questions and concerns in a very timely manner. All of the issues we have been encountering are due to construction quality.

Overall Lennar is a great company to work with. The staff that they have are very nice, great to work with and very responsive to issues. The area that is lacking is the details of the work. After moving in I realized that there are window frames that the nail marks that were covered with sparkle were never wiped/sanded down so there are just clay clumps all over the window frames. Also, we had 3 different water issues (dishwasher base cracked=water in basement, washing machine hose not tightened= water behind washing machine and on bathroom floor, cracked ceiling vent= water all over floor of bathroom during rain. Another issues is several nails sticking out of the carpet on the stairs. While these issues were definitely disheartening, I am still happy with our purchase overall. ... More

The home is very beautiful. In comparison to the home I bought 2 years ago the finish work on this home needs improvement. Miters, paint drips, grout work, touching up nail heads and other aspects are a bit sloppy.

Lennar is one of the best builders around the Twin Cities. I had a wonderful experience working with the sales manger Sarah. She does all she can to answer all my question in a timely manner.

Everything is fine. People we worked with were very nice and helpful. Love the house.

Selling agent was courteous and responsive. Our final walk through went well and the contractor who assisted us with that was great as well. Since moving in we've had a few issues lennar and Amazon have come out to address. Lennar was quick to come out the first time but we seemed to have been lost in the shuffle and had to call/message the general contractor multiple times to get him to send guys out. Amazon was quick to respond and took good care of us when we had problems with the smart home features.

All in all I am happy with our home. The only issue I have had is with our lawn. We had the sod move on our hill and I wasn't happy with their assessment. It still has a big gap and nothing has been done other then I should bag the grass when I mow.

We had a leak in our house during the first rainstorm due to a broken fan on the roof. Lennar quickly fixed the fan, but we had to escalate our grievances to get the interior damage fixed. It took 4 months and 3 contractors. I think they are expanding too fast and can't maintain the quality of customer care once they have sold you your home. We love our house, but I dread anytime I need to seek help fixing a construction issue, including a leaking exterior door.

Never came out to put plug in sprinklers or replace dead shrubs from installing driveway.

I really am disappointed that I moved in, in March and don't have a lawn yet. People in the townhouses and other houses who moved in after me have lawns ahead of me. People in townhouses don't care about lawns. I hired and paid a lawn edging company and was told final grade would be done on my property last week. We are all waiting.

Lennar has been a pretty good company to work with. I happened to stumble upon their property and found that I liked what I saw, almost instantly. While the quality of the workmanship was alright - much more geared towards rapid building and "cookie-cutter" style townhomes, meeting with the construction manager and hearing about their passion for "getting things right" was helpful. I was able to walk through and point out everything that might have been damaged or not to my satisfaction for a new property. As I have lived here for the past months, any issues that have popped up, Lennar Customer Care has been prompt to reply to me and get any services I might need lined up. I am rather pleased with how well it has worked out. My only real.... less than positive experienced was when I was preparing to place an offer down on the property I moved into. I was introduced to Lennar's "preferred partners" they would like you to use, and my realtor advised me to explore what was out there. Ultimately, I chose to go with a different lender and title company than who Lennar usually works with, and the preferred partners were persistent, to say the least, about trying to obtain my business. At times, it was very annoying to have them constantly calling or emailing trying to solicit my business when I had already entered into a contract with a different company. ... More

When a person purchases a new house, you would expect the work to be of better quality. These contractors are supposed to be professionals and do better jobs than myself. We shouldn't have to have painters come back, sidewalks fixed, plumbing fixed, fixtures replaced, garage siding repaired all within the first 2 months. The CM was awesome! He was very willing to get people back in and make the repairs. We passed our 60 day mark, so no more CM helping us. The current customer care rep has been good so far and brought contractors back to make repairs. With the price one pays, I would expect better quality of work. We moved into our house in March and overall it is great but we immediately had issues with our dishwasher. We also realized that the line from the Lennar sales rep of “we’ll always be there for you” was a bunch of bull. Immediately after signing they essentially wash their hands of any issues or responsibilities

Home bugging and lot selections were all quick and easy to understand. We received brief updates and pictures on a weekly basis. Constructing prices was quicker than usual. Closing was easy. For anyone choosing to build, Please inspect carefully. Materials may not be the best of quality nor sturdy.

I purchased a model home. I had a fast close (Lennar wanted closing on 8/31). When I moved in, I didn't have a driveway and my front landscape was a mess and unfinished. They needed to fix a drain on my curb which delayed the driveway to not be complete until the end of September and it is now the middle of October and I need sod in my front yard and finishing touches around the driveway. I have also had issues getting my Ring home security system set up- it was already installed for the model home, but still having difficulty with it. It was a fairly easy experience to buy a new home from Lennar. The whole process was great and very pleasant. After you buy they have not responded to issues, I had to resort to calling the installers to fix issues like flooding in the yard. In addition, I entered multiple service requests and have not received any communications from Lennar.
