They were great when we had an issue in the kitchen!

We bought a 2700 square foot one story home in October of 2019. It has been a dream so far. Everything is so much easier. Bedroom is huge. My only complaint is they included the appliances. It maybe what some want, but it wasn’t us. We replaced the dishwasher and the fridge with what we wanted stove and microwave were nice. Front yard was sodded which was also nice. The community layout with 90% of homes on a pond was also a huge plus. I came from hardwood floors to laminate floors which I was not a fan of, but I have changed my mind. We love our new home. It’s gorgeous and spacious just the way we had imagined. Everyone that we have contacted regarding our home concerns or questions were really nice and quickly responded to our needs. I would highly recommend Lennar homes to friends and family. The homes are beautiful and gorgeous. They have a great team who will always go that extra mile to help you.

We recently purchased a home with Lennar. We first were not sure about the builder because they were new to the area. Once we did some research and compared to other builders we chose Lennar. We are happy we did! The staff was great to work with and we feel we got a Quality built home in our price range that is built to last! Included options with quality products makes the new home purchase easy! Don’t waste hours and money going through unlimited options offered by other builders that ultimately push you over your budget just to get the basics, just choose Lennar!

Shortly after our youngest graduated, we were already building our new ranch+full basement just two miles away. I cannot say enough good things about The Lennar sales and construction teams. They were accessible, responsive, knowledgeable and dependable. We really love the house and how well the design fits our lifestyle.

This is the 3rd time we have built a home and we have had far less issues with the build with Lennar than any other builder. We are very happy with the quality and value of the home. There have been a few minor issues but things have been resolved relatively quickly. Our salesperson Jenny and Construction Manager Derek were both great to work with.

Lori and Grant where great to work with and very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of buying and building our home.

Overall, I’m happy with my choice of Lennar. Any time I’ve had any issue, it is taken care of quickly.

Great value for the quality and size home. Not custom but you and customize it your self with our the custom price tag. Viet was fantastic walking us through the build price keeping us with in the price range we wanted to be in. He addressed issues quickly and still continues to be a wonderful resource.

The sales people were awesome. The loan process could have been less stressful. They wanted the same info sent to them multiple times. Taylor the sales consultant was fabulous and very helpful. The title reps were awesome and my Broker Rachel was fantastic. We have had a few issues after we moved in and Wendy has been awesome. She has went out of her way several times and has always been there when we needed help. When we moved in the house could have been a lot more cleaner. The floors have markings on them from the installation that will not come out and they are not shiny as you would think they should be. ... More

Excellent buying process. Quality of workmanship in the home construction mediocre. Low end flooring, cabinets, etc. But perhaps fits the price range of house. Very good follow up on service issues.

There are many problems that are still being discovered after closing, but Jim has been amazing at getting corrections made immediately.

Overall, the buying process was smooth and satisfactory. Unfortunately, the quality of some materials leaves much to be desired. The cupboards feel subpar, and the drywall is quite thin and fragile, with paint chipping from even minor scratches. The value for the price is just okay, given the quality of materials used. Responsiveness to issues has been lacking. There has been minimal follow-up on concerns raised, and no clear proof has been provided regarding the resolution of third-party inspection findings. The builder and team seem trustworthy and professional in their dealings.

So our experience was just fast. We had looked the year before, and had liked the Monroe. I came home from our house in Florida to get our house in ZIONSVILLE ready to list. A week later a buyer showed up at our door and wanted to buy the house, within a week we were under contract. My wife was still in Florida and I had to pick a house without her. Melinda and my Realtor were fantastic in helping. Thank goodness for FaceTime, I was able too walk through the house showing her everything. With in that day we purchased the house. Great experience along the way with Lennar,my only complaint is now that I am living there the HOA isn’t responding to any of my requests to finish out the house and put up and fence

They do respond to issues in a timely manner
