Buying process was good and easy........quality is just ok but that's kind of expected in these kind of developments I think. Service to take care of things afterward has been great overall.

First of all, I was impressed with the both walk throughs and the attention paid to correcting every flaw. Since moving in, I have had three occasions to write requests; two small and one more serious water problem. In every case the response was swift and professional.

The home is exactly what we wanted. We just wished the quality of the materials and craftsmanship was better. We've been in our home for 3 months. We have issues with the quality of paint, drywall and flooring. Some of the shingles on our roof also tore away which is a bit concerning since we just moved in and we live in Indiana where the weather isn't that extreme. Overall, we love our home and the reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also are very helpful in getting item's repaired or replaced, they make sure it gets done quickly and correctly.
