From the start to end. The home buying process was great. From the sales to the builders. They kept us up to date on the process.

We love our Model House called, Rutherford! We recently purchased a new construction home with Lennar Builder and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The process was smooth and the team at Lennar was extremely helpful throughout. They made sure to keep me informed every step of the way and were always available to answer any questions I had. The quality of the construction is top-notch and I love all of the modern amenities that come with the home. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Lennar and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new construction home.

I insist, they must improve the future buyer's evaluation system because they create a state of anxiety in the family every time they request a collection and it feels like you take one step forward in the purchase process and three steps back.

Nothing but positive things to say so far. The sales process and mortgage team were great, so simply and easy. The warranty issues so far have been addressed very quickly and I am pleased with the overall quality of the building.

Good home designs, but could use some improvement. ie. outlet placement, pod light placement, space in utility room, width of bathroom doorways, and options for grab bars.

Standard garage is to small for a set of standard cars. Bathrooms are just adequate, could have been so much better. Tough to live in a monitored community... Big brother is always watching.

Process was very straightforward and support provided at all steps.

I would recommend Lennar. It was a pleasure working with them.

All the process with Lennar was very smooth and easy, and for me that I was a first homebuyer was such a relief. The thing that I appreciate most was that you can choose all the colors of your house and personalize as you want. All the staff is very pleasant and always ready for all the requests.

Office staff was friendly and informative. The building manager was a pleasure to work with and everything went smoothly until closing day. Lennar title did not have the paperwork needed to close on time so we were delayed in the closing of our new home.

Overall experience has been good. Construction supervisor Steve was excellent and warranty customer care man Pat are very good.

Construction proceeded in a timely manner. The meeting prior to drywall installation was helpful in explaining what would happen next. the walk-through prior to closing assured us all work was done well. The few minor issues we had after moving in were handled quickly, usually immediately. Other issues were handled within 1 or 2 days by the contractor involved. Happy with the results and the home.

I love my house! I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone trying to build. Doug, Pete, Colleen, and Joe were so great and incredibly helpful. My only issue occurred after my home was built. I requested a simple electrical problem to be fixed and it was never done. I got the run around from Ellen and the electrician. Needless to say my problem was never fixed.

THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE AND THE PEOPLE PRE-SALE WERE WONDERFUL. EVERYONE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND REACTED VERY QUICKLY TO ANY ISSUES. HOWEVER, AFTER THE SALE SUPPORT IN SOME CASES IS LACKING. THEY NEED TO FINISH THE HOMES TO COMPLETION BEFORE MOVING ON TO NEW UN-SOLD HOMES IN THE DEVELOPMENT. MOST OF THE CURRENT HOME OWNERS IN OUR DEVELOPMENT FEEL THE SAME WAY. THERE IS SUCH AN EMPHASIS ON BUILDING NEW SOLD & UNSOLD HOMES THAT FINISHING EXISTING NEW OCCUPIED HOMES IS PUT ON THE BACK BURNER. SUGGESTION......FINISH WHAT YOU STARTED BEFORE MOVING ON TO THE NEW PROJECTS.

For the price of the home it matches the quality.

This purchase experience is Lennar's second chance at earning our business. The sales experience on our first experience in Elburn, IL caused us to walk away. This second experience was better and enough to get our business. The home we chose has the space to suit our needs. The lot is good. We were able to choose some finishes, but the outside finishes were finalized, or so we thought. We were told that the brick was backordered, and what we were shown was more of a contrast between the siding that what we actually received on the build. When we were asked about the brick that was backordered, we were not given a choice and were told by the sales person that ("We will like what they choose anyway"). This irritated both of us. If we are asked for a choice, then that choice should be respected and delivered. The house was completed on time. The orientation was great. The guy did the orientation is stationed at the neighborhood in Hinckley. He did a great job. On closing day, the manager in charge of the neighborhood where we bought did a great job as well and has been responsive. The advice of both of them has been valuable. We appreciate it. The closing process irritated us. It took us 90 minutes to drive to the title company for a 30 minute closing. This was a waste of our valuable time when closings can be completed virtually. We cannot rate the responsiveness of issues as we have not had any yet (knock on wood). I did receive a threatening letter from Lennar regarding our mortgage in the mail. When I called, I was sent the threatening letter because there was a mistake in closing that affected the home warranty on the house. This angered me as we did not deserve the threatening letter in the first place. The woman who answered the phone attached to the number I was directed to call did not want to hear my dissatisfaction to the threatening letter sent to me because a mistake was made during the closing and quickly ended the call. As far as the house goes, so far so good. I wish the HVAC had a humidifier on it. I wish the windows came with blinds. The house is comfortable, and the space is packaged well. We are looking forward to getting our yard so we are not surrounded by mud. ... More

I like my home but it has been a headache since first doing our walk through. I can’t believe that Lennar is okay with the condition of their homes when it is time to close. The house was dirty. Walls, floors, cabinets, windows all dirty. It has been 60 days and we still do not have grass. I want to plant flowers but unable to. I would not suggest Lennar home to others. My first new built home was Cambridge. They were so much better

The overall moving experience was great. However, I find that the workmanship is less than subpar. Maybe it’s just me, but I’m into the details. Some of the doors are rough on the bottom. There are spots on the doors where paint is missing. The kitchen cabinet doors should have stoppers on them so that when you open them, they don’t bang against the wall.

It’s a new house a lot of little things need repair we’ll see how they respond to them

There are many mistakes on the finished floor, there are spaces between the boards and pieces of the underlying material sticking out between the boards of 5he floors. Also on the floors and thresholds are dents and I was told by the first person assigned to see my problems that I had to wait 60 days before complaining. Another big issue is the fact that we don’t have a mail box yet and of course there is no delivery for packages available to us either. Hope they resolve all of these issues soon
