The builder that I had on my property, was always available and very prompt and concerned about my issues

I love my new home. The design flow and layout uses every square foot of space optimally which was one on the primary decision drivers for my purchase of a Lennar home.

Cheap paint and appliances. Everything else is good.

The home is beautiful, the process of purchasing the house was seamless! They took care of our requests within the first couple of months. The problem came after the 3 months, we have 3 ticked open and no response or whatsoever, I am worried now about the 12 months final inspection, not sure if they just want us to wait until then or if that’s how it will be moving forward.

Workmanship is lacking and also is the response to issues

The Sales team was great. The construction side of things not so great. Zero attention to detail. If I ever purchase a new home I will definitely be sure to pay more attention to the little things.

Were still working with lennar team to fix paint, cracks in stairs, nails in carpet sticking out and widow seal issues in 2 rooms. Unsure about the experience so far to be honest.

The initial process from meeting the sales consultant to move-in was quite seamless. Lennar lending offers incentives you don't get from other banks. They have created a win-win scenario, with offers you can't refuse. The decision to buy from Lennar was easy.

Good value for the money

As a first time buyer, I was disappointed with the lack of options I had regarding building a brand new house. I didn't want dual sinks and I didn't want all the "smart house" tech, but there was no other option. Speaking of no options, I couldn't get tile or hardwood floors and I wasn't able to choose what was planted in my own front yard! Aside from those issues, the process itself was fantastic. My construction manager Jeff was extremely trustworthy and on top of everything. When we first met to go over things, he wrote down a date the house would be done by. When all was said and done, the house ended up being finished two days earlier than projected! On the walkthrough, Jeff pointed out issues we didn't even see. His honesty and integrity really put me at ease during a stressful time. The Lennar warranty is a real thing. I followed up with them about some issues with the house and the new construction manager, Brian, was on it very quickly. He also kept in constant touch with me throughout. Wish I would have a driveway and lawn. For the actual house, I have had no problems.

love my new home only major problem is flow of heat through home. not even flow colder in other areas. use better quality carpet.

We were told that we could put our own bushes and trees in when we moved in. When we arrived there were trees and bushes installed that we were not happy with. they gave us no choice in selection or location. We were told trash cans must be stored in the garage or we needed a cabinet on the side of our home to keep them in that meet the HOA's specifications. An approvals from city also required.

It would have been beneficial to have models of the 4 different styles of homes to view instead of only one model before buying. The dishwasher that came with the house was very cheap. We replaced it immediately. We really like the house so far after 2 months.

I'm disappointed with Upper Management. When I bought my house in Lennar's 55+ Senior Community, I asked if they would install a couple of items (Grab Bars & Higher Toilets) their answer was NO! I have lived in three other 55+ communities and they where more accommodating for older residents needs. I would not recommend Lennar to Seniors!

Ok, it went fine, could have had better communication on HOA fees.

Generally a good experience. Sales person 'Pam' was great to work with. Very trust worthy, she stood by her word, even when difficult. Minor problem with the house after Closing was resolved quickly. Minor punch list items were all completed quickly before final walk through.

Wish they would have been more cooperative in adding options that would be more cost effective instead wanting us to deal with it after completion

So far they have been very good to work with and workmanship is very good, this is the third house we have built and it is better than the first two by a long shot so far. Only time will tell and maybe a review at 1 year can really solidify workmanship and responsiveness to issues, So far in the first 4 weeks they have been really good. they do take care of everything from Loan, to build, to insurance and made it somewhat easy.

I had a great buying experience with Karen who sold me an inventory home. It was a very good value for the price paid. The walkthroughs were very informative. In my opinion, the workmanship and quality could possibly be better. This is my third time building a new home and this new home doesn't seem to be as sturdy as my last home built in 2005. Floor boards are creaking already and objects vibrate as I walk near them. I'm a slight person so I think flooring could have been better. Not bad not bad at all

4 windows have leaked so far. Not happy with this. But they have come out in timely manner to seal them. Measure garage depth before buying. Your car might not fit in space

Consider the all inclusive Designer Select package. If those options were to be added later, the cost would be considerably higher.

Make sure to take photos during the Orientation, since there are many spots which they might not fix before Closing Paint job is not up to the mark
