Nice location security good quiet neighborhood

The most reassuring part of the entire purchase was the repair crew for post closing issues!!! Just terrific response time. My sales team were just terrific with me. Always ready to help, answer questions. Bummer about 3 months delay, but that is par for the times we are going through and Ian!

Not the quality I was expecting.

Great experience with Terrance keeping me up to date on the completion date. Construction Manager useless everything he said he would fix before closing was not even touched (walk through was 5 days before closing). Place was not clean construction post and permit box left on front lawn, 5 gallon bucket of joint compound left in garage pieces of concrete left all over the place. It was not a great first look when pulling up to a new home. The reason I only gave trust worthiness a 1 is Actions or lack of action by your construction manager.

Dan our sales agent was always on top of everything going on with the build. He was extraordinary ! Our mortgage specialist was beyond informed and intuitive to our needs and fears of taking on a mortgage at retirement age. Mitch our construction manager has address all of our many electrical issues with speed, calm, and knowledge. These three individuals made the most stressful time of our lives a joyful experience

Great buying experience. However the building association is terrible at responding to your needs.

I own 1 WCI home, 2 Lennar Veranda Homes, and a Terrace home under contract. My experience with WCI was great however, unfortunately, my experience with Lennar Veranda homes has been miserable, to say the least. I closed on one Bromelia in May and am still waiting for things to be taken care of. I have called and left multiple messages and I have sent several e-mails without any respose at all from Lennar. You guys are irresponsible and I can not recommend you to anybody.

Arthur our sales person from the beginning of the sales process up through closing was always there to answer any questions and work on our behalf as needed. Post closing we have been quite happy and pleased with the virtual customer service calls established to handle any service requests for minor interior and a couple exterior repairs/replacements.

We rented at Bonita Springs National GC. That is main reason we chose Lennar. The only negative was that it took longer than we hoped to build because of pandemic and economic policies.

Have been disappointed by the follow-up on issues outlined in the initial walkthrough with the builder. Simple fixes should have been addressed within weeks, not months as we have experienced.

The entire process was easy especially doing it remotely. All questions were answered quickly and Will was very responsive at all times of the day. Great job all!

The Lennar team we’re excellent a quick video call logged the problem the team was out the next day to fix it. First class service which is unusual in today’s world.

Overall, the experience with Lennar went smooth and as advertised. Quality is average. Not much attention to details and craftsmanship. All items are "contractor grade" at best. Meaning better than junk, but no better than average. Think "value" line in whatever came with the unit. But, I did know this going in.

We had very good experience with both Blake the Project Manager and Caitlin the Warranty Rep for our home. They were very responsive to our requests and followed through to completion.

We had a great experience with Matt brown in purchasing the home and the house was supposed to be completed in 8-10 months and it was 8 months. Amazing

I would highly recommend personally monitoring the entire build process. If you personally can not then get a trust worthy buyer agent that has sold homes in a Lennar community in the past. Lennar sales reps are only focused on net new sales after P&S is signed (selling is their main job). They do not have the bandwidth to support your home build. That said, great properties, great homes, great value compared to other builders. Just pay attention and ask questions, trust but verify everything. Get to know your construction manager. They run the show as best as they can. Good luck.

Great neighborhood looking forward to the amenities. We are enjoying our house and where it’s located.

The only real issue I had was that I didn't want to use their pool vendor because of previous experience I had with then at Babcock National, I kept reminding them of that I was going to use my own pool contractor but they still put 3 large trees in the area for my Lanai and did did landscaping where pool would be built. I now have to move all that landscaping when they could have done the landscaping for a pool installation which they have.

Home is nice. Construction Manager talked a good game but lacked follow-up on issues. Warranty Dept. Person Maria is Fantastic and focused on customer satisfaction.

I have to say that I had a very wonderful experience with my sales person, Matt when I decided to look for a second home. He was very knowledgeable and easily reached when ever I had and questions or needed assistance with my purchase. The walk thru process was wonderful and Danny was able to assist us with information about all aspects of our unit. The only issue I felt needed to be improved upon was the closing. I think that if anyone like myself who is not computer savvy would be a little unsettled with this process of Doc U sign.
