Lennar is a great company. They have great staff. I don’t have any complaints. I like my house.

Lennar completed the construction on time. Only minor issues needed to be addressed. Their warranty website is very efficient. They resolved all concerns (e.g. electrical outlet did not work) very promptly.

The sales experience and closing was a very positive. I received construction progress updates on a regular bases. We closed a week earlier than originally planned. Lennar has been very responsive with repair requests. The only concern I have is the quality of the closet doors. There have been multiple issues with them which have been addressed but my concern is long term durability of the closet doors.

We have bought and sold multiple homes and this has been the best experience. From the sales office to titling and documentation, to closing and after sales service. The minor issues we had after move in were fixed very quickly with excellent communication. We love our new home.

Our home was completed on time. It had only a few items on the punch list, most of them were taken care of prior to closing. The rest were added to our warranty list. This list was made up of items we identified, mostly cosmetic, and were addressed and resolved quickly.

My only complaint is that we are struggling to get our phone service to work properly. We are getting Wi-go but struggle to connect to phone calls. Everything else has been great, thank you!

It all went very well from start to finish

From start to finish only took 20 days. It was a “it fell in our lap” moment. So we thought. Everyone was great, but not a lot of accountability when trying to iron out the kinks. Closing was the smoothest thing about the entire process. Susan has been great with getting corrections scheduled and completed. Her dedication and commitment is above par. She handled each task quickly and professionally. Extremely dissatisfied with the non functional sprinkler system and dead sod. Mainscape is blaming Lennar, Lennar is blaming previous sprinkler company. I really do not care. Not my problem. I have been uncovering my sprinkler heads due to over growth, and putting Pennies on them to test if they come on. They are not coming on. I have been using my own water to hydrate these areas, but my water bill is almost 200.00 because of it. Other than that, I’m happy! ... More

Great home builder great home

We quickly decided once we viewed the community. Like any project, there are small issues that occur. However, the responsiveness and speed at fixing issues have been more than impressive. We love the home, and even if we find an in warranty issue, we don’t have any anxiety. We know Lennar stands behind their product. This is the second time we’ve had the experience to buy new from Lennar. And we definitely will do it again if the opportunity comes along.

We were very happy with our experience that included the sales, construction, mortgage and warranty teams. Everyone was very professional, polite and responsive. They have been very interested in ensuring that we are happy with our purchase and experience. This has continued even after our closing and with us being out of state.

Lennar has an excellent staff when it comes to fixing items that need to be completed. Don and Susan did a very good job helping us to fix some items that needed attention.

Only a few minor issues which should be resolved in the near future.

We have dealt with a Lennar a few times before and the service is consistent and the homebuying is a fairly easy process. Great team!

Buying with Lennar Homes was a great experience. James was helpful the whole experience. And then Wyatt was very good walking me thru the walk thru for the closing. And Susan was very helpful in over seeing details that needed to be fixed after I moved in to my Villa! Lennar Homes is a great place to Live! Come see them today!

Ask lots of questions

Despite hurricane Ian and the delays it caused, the quality of the new home is really solid. I’d recommend Lennar to all my friends.

Joe C was incredibly responsive and professional. He took every concern seriously and kept us informed of all progress, or lack thereof. Our home is all we hoped it would be. That being said, it took way to long for the cabinet folks to fix a smashed cabinet. We are still waiting for the window people to fix two windows, and poorly operating sliding doors.

We love our new home and have enjoyed working with the staff at Lennar. Though everyone has been courteous and professional- we do wish our punch list items were being handled in a more timely manner

Our experience with Lennar home builders was excellent. Our salesman Nate has gone over and above expectations with keeping us informed of the process, sending us progress pictures throughout the building process, and even though we've closed on the home, continues to help us get settled in to our new home. We love the Venice model home we bought, and even though there are a few minor issues to resolve yet, the warranty department (Matthew) has been excellent - he jumped into action immediately when our thermostat / A.C. quit working (our own fault lol) to get a service tech out to the house within 6 hours! Even the other sales people (Christine) working in the office at Biscayne Landing have been so very helpful to us, getting our gate sensors and answering questions! When we first arrived at our vacation home the Lennar team was very responsive to resolving any immediate issues. We still have issues pending that they tell us are in the works. We trust that when we return many of these issues will be resolved. So far we have been extremely happy with the process, It is a breath of fresh air to purchase a new home that when you move in all the landscaping and appliances are already in place.

There were some minor issues at closing, no Wi-Fi for 10 days and we still don't have any handles on any of our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Also, the guest bathroom does not have and drawers on the vanity sink cabinet. Hopefully these issues will be taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, we are happy with our purchase of a Lennar Condo.
