The whole process from initial purchase to the day we moved in has been nothing but great!

I purchased a Lennar home over the internet. I came how to look at it the day of the inspection. I found that the home was well represented and Lennar to be trustworthy. The process was quick and easy and we have had no problems with workmanship since moving in. The work on the amenities is going smoothly and as planned as far as I could tell.

Kristen helped us move quickly to purchase our home. Most of our experience was positive.

Once we decided on the Almalfi, Ms Yockel provided info about the closing. Since we were paying cash, we needed a little extra time and Ms Yockel helped us set a closing date. A walk-thru with a construction expert occurred prior to close and any outstanding issues were resolved. We feel part of a community with families that we continue to meet!

We are more than happy with our new home. The entire community has so many amenities. Webb Reserve is the Perfect place to live. Thank you Lennar.

We had a very good experience in our home purchase! Our salesperson, Tom Ferrigamo was awesome and still continues to be available after the purchase. The title company was very convenient and made the process stress free.

It started with a drive by in the Fall of 24, than a site visit where Arthur showed us several properties, condos and single family homes. We liked what we saw but since we were not local, we held off to look around a bit more. Finally in Spring of 25 we purchased the Victoria style home, and construction was complete in August. There were some minor issues, but overall nothing major and Lennar did engage immediately to address things. We have not been in the home long, but so far we are happy with the purchase, the development (Heritage Landing), Lennar, our neighbors, and the people who we worked with. Firstly, let me say dealing with the team at the community of Willow was a pleasant smooth and easy process. Starting with Nicole, who made the purchase quite easy and relaxed. Dealing with David and his team to obtain my mortgage was great. Finally working with Kim in the title office was stress-free. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience, and I have recommended Lennar to colleagues and family. Even so my sister is buying a place at one of Lennar‘s other communities.

House was built on time and was of much better quality than my previous Lennar home in Lakewood Ranch. All of the warranty work has been handled very professionally by Josh. .

After a brief miscommunication regarding available units, the rest of the buying experience went very well. Our salesman Arthur and project manager Grant were very responsive to all of our concerns and warranty claims. The home is an unbelievable bargain compared to what can be purchases in the Northeast.

Be sure the models you go into are the same "generation" as you are buying.. Room sizes and fixtures may vary. Just be aware.

We love our home and will ultimately make it ours. However, Lennar could add a few things that would make the buying experience better. For instance, towel bars in the bathrooms, cabinets in the laundry room and pull-out drawers in the kitchen would give the buyer a much better experience by meeting their basic needs. It would elevate Lennar's reputation as a builder. Otherwise, they have been great to work with.

This is our first home here in SWFL and Lennar stood out as the builder who offered the most bang for the buck. There are a few things with our home that we do not like since we have lived in it for over two months now and that is the windows are complete garbage. Glass has bubbles in it and the panes are as thin or possibly thinner than a photo frame from a store. You would think a home in a coastal community would be required to have impact glass and better-quality windows but here we sit. I am pretty sure these windows will be destroyed even with the hurricane shutters up. Our electrician must have been having a bad day also because we have switches for our ceiling fan rough ins that do not work and basically control nothing. We have numerous plugs and switches that do not work or do not control anything. I am working on a warranty ticket as we speak so as long as we get that all squared away, then we will be better off. All and all the home is great. Our construction team was really detail oriented and overall (other than the windows) the home seems pretty solid. Future buyers: ask to upgrade the windows and keep an eye on the electrical work... ... More

On site sales - Ben - consistently followed up to win the business. Lennar offers a complete package, soup to nuts, of home buying. Highly recommend.

The experience in buying was easy. The construction manager assigned to show us our home and go over systems should have stayed home that day. It was non existent. Nothing they told us was completed until we had others involved. The care team is terrific. They respond immediately to any needs.

Sales people were excellent. Very knowledgeable and quick to find answers; They were not pushy nor did they say to us you must decide now because someone else is looking at your house.
