I was told the Community Activities Center would be ready to open in late 2021 and would be like National, I now hear they may not be identical and the opening has now been moved to the 3rd quarter of 2022. That's a big miss

We found the the Application then the Mortgage Application very difficult to complete especially using Docu Sign! We had just completed renewing another Mortgage at Hall Financial and UWM and it seemed very simple. Maybe there is something to be learned here

We love our new home & it is great for the price oaid; however, we had lots of issues due to poor workmanship by subcontractors & everything being so rushed. We were also lied to about a few issues. Make sure anything promises that is important to you (green space behind home, etc.) is in writing, not just shown to you on a map.

We love the space, and location the agent was great the guys that we have worked with are super helpful....but cheap paint, cheap fixtures, the granite turns dark green to black has chips in it. Faucets spit, toilets don’t flush properly, paintwork on trim peeling.

Finish work in the home was poor. Appliances damaged, drywall finish was terrible. Front door won’t close flush. House was very dirty soon arrival. Oil and paint on driveway, roof issues overall very disappointing.

Our home was ready early. We were not prepared for this and it has cost of several thousand dollars. The lack of communication from our sales associate was very poor.

All was very good except : The closing process was very disorganized they didn’t show up and many items were not completed. However after finally closing everything was rectified in a timely manner!!!

My biggest problem is with the shifting of closing costs to the buyer. As a real estate attorney in Illinois I am not used to everything being shifted to the buyer and so many "made up" costs like the builders' fee. Isn't the builders fee the price of the house?

The walk through with the assigned builder for my home was not done well. In my opinion home was not ready. Also there is no kit that is given to you that has everything about the house such as warrenty information, ect. I walked through the house and found info on all appliances including AC, ect and then called and logged into websites to register. a organized packet would go a long way. thsi is my 3rd new home and the first one where basicaally received nothing.

Our customer service relationship manager has been outstanding. Everyone is responsive to our needs. As soon as we report an issue, they rectify it immediately. This is our second Lennar Home and would do it again. We love our home and the community.

Excited to be living in the Heritage Landing Community. It unfortunately took longer than anticipated as we waited 3 extra months to move into condo. I wish there was more communication from Lennar but we had to keep calling for any information which was frustrating. Once we closed on our home we did not receive any information on anything that came with home. There was no follow up on how we were doing or how they can help. Quality of the Lennar home is amazing. The sales department is not entirely truthful. We were limited to three dock options. After moving in, we noticed a few non-option docks that we would have preferred to have. Our grounds maintenance is included with our HOA, We have had to trim our berm and hire a pest control company to treat our lawn and berm for fire ants and lawn eating bugs. This is our second Lennar home and this experience was a nightmare. The salesman we had was the worst and I'm a Realtor and know what service is supposed to be. I love the community and the homes are lovely, but ours was not done and they did NOT have CO when we arrived. Lennar choose the closing date and we flew in to find a MESS. ow The warranty program works but our salesperson should be in the background, not working with the public. Would be nice to use better paint. Explain more about the house. The grass around the house is so uneven you can really hurt yourself or anyones that comes to your house. Very dangerous. There is no warranty on the garage floor. There is a crack all the way across the width of the garage floor. Not happy about that!

I have seen better fit and finish for certain. Overspray, runs in paint on nearly ever door, our banister stain is awful looking, one of our door thresholds had a 1/2" gap letting visible light through. Our pool cage doors both drag the block because you cant lower the sweep enough to seal as they are not level. And we have a massive issue with our pool cage gutter, requiring my complaints multiple times and now our fascia and flashing is visibly mangled and covered in excessive caulk creating an eyesore on our brand new home. The Lennar Track document process is completely broken. I lost large amounts of my life with the IT Helpdesk trying to make it work. So much so that I memorized the tedious process required to allow me access. Multiple times I requested that no more documents be placed there and it was done anyway. Everyone is very nice but, they don’t listen. The excessive number of emails was inconceivable. Home buying experience was electronic. So it was easy. Was supposed to have an orientation and celebration. All we got was an envelope INSIDE of our home with a letter. Many questions about the house that we had to seek out answers. Workmanship is sloppy, gaps between tiles and floors . Paint is CHEAP! Washes off when cleaning. Paint on areas that should not be painted . Concrete on pool tiles , cement on areas that should have been cleaned. Sunken tiles by the spa. NO TOWEL BARS, just TP HOLDERS. Design in bathroom is plain. Could have made it better by providing a place to put shampoo etc ...
