The community we selected does not offer the highest-end homes but the home is a great value for the money and serves its purpose for us. You will not be able to select any materials and you should be prepared to add lighting and other wiring for A/V and security systems which cannot be added during construction. If you want a pool, you will need to budget to re-locate the standard landscaping. Nothing is customized but that is advertised so if you can be happy with what's offered the home is a great buy.

A production builder but very good quality and materials wish they would let you pick out your own appliances though

I was disappointed with a few items that were not repaired or replaced prior to closing and it took too long after a warranty claim was submitted. Still waiting on 3 replacement doors.

Eric my realtor was awesome and helpful, Nathan was awesome but has since left Nick has been helpful so far i did fill out a repair order but Lennar has asked for a virtual review and we are only there intermittently and couldnt set up a time so i will have to set up again but need Nick to come and meet my contact.

home completed on time not many issues so far.hopefully pool and other amenities will be completed soon

Wondering when we will receive the privacy shrubbery along the west end southern boundary. The east end has that privacy shrubbery. The west end of the property needs the privacy the east Enders enjoy. When?

I had a great expierence from the start with my salesman Brooks, to the building manager Jason and the financial people I never got to meet face to face. Ended up requiring more down than expected, but overall pleased with the experience.

No home is going to be without some craftsmanship issues after completing. We have been pleased with builder attention and response, and correction of same.

Overall a good experience, sometimes a little difficult to get information in a timely fashion. We bought a Villa so there wasn’t any choices, but I thought the package had good options picked for us. Interior paint could be a little thicker/durable ....

We specifically chose Lennar as our builder due to the quality of the home. That being said, there are a few things to be aware of, Lennar has a very restricted options list. This seems to go with the price range you are in. It has cost us a small fortune to pay for the upgrades we would have chosen. Other than that I would recommend Lennar.

Lennar quality of materials and workmanship seems better than most in SWFL, but does not come up to the overall craftsmanship and attention to detail that we are accustomed to in MN. Responsiveness to issues has been excellent! “In-house” Lennar sales staff are quick to state completion dates for amenities that are inconsistent with overall construction schedules.

The buying process was great, very helpful staff, Rebecca is very knowledgeable and helpful, willing to take that extra step! Site management and their to new home owners could use some work. Follow up on issues can be slow or non existent and you feel like you’re a bother. A little TLC from the site manager would go a long way Also suggest with all the new building you have someone doing area clean up of trash at least occasionally. It’s really a mess with building materials and workers trash, food wrappers, water bottles.,,

Salesman was terrific. On site construction manager was terrific.

Purchased home, had the walk thru. Things were needing repairs before we moved in. Was told place would be cleaned and things fixed. 2 things still not done. A back screen door latch was damaged and repaired 2 times. I made the comment of replacing latch. Was not done. I have to pay with latch just to use it to exit lanai. One time I exited the lanai I had to go around to the house for to get in. The next item is I was told the place works be cleaned. It looked clean awe walked in. After cleaning floors myself the are staying on the tiles through out the condo. I still want that looked at.

Overall the experience was good but I am having lots of challenges in getting driveway pavers replaces as the originals were defective. While someone came to partially replace some of the stones the coolers were completely different. Getting very little support from people I spoke with

The concierge in charge of our home was fabulous. The selling agent was bad and unresponsive. He never returned phone calls, emails or texts. The overall set up of all the different HOA is needlessly complex and never explained eell. The quality of the plug points throughout the house is low. There were several large dry wall holes that were not fixed prior to the final walk through. Roof tiles were missing but the house was deemed all done and it was difficult to get the construction manager to check it and make sure it was done. The refrigerator water line was not connected. Tom the salesman is a 5 star! He was responsive and very informative Easy to work with and followed up. David in the mortgage process is also a 5 star. Great to work with and made the process smooth and easy. Eric in Warranty is a 5 star plus. Did excellent follow through and kept us informed. Was very responsive. Won’t list his name but construction manager is a 1. If it was only him I dealt with I wouldn’t buy the house. No follow through, failed to deliver promises and non responsive. Sales process, mortgage process, and closing timeline were all a good experience. Final delivery of home was rushed, and several loose ends. Probably needed another 2 weeks to fix the final details in the home before walk thru and closing. Took me approximately 1 month to work thru all the fixes required and still fine tuning the details that were left incomplete or needed attention. Final end result will be very nice. Ticketing system and warranty on the work are very good.

The overall experience went well but BEWARE when doing your pre close walk through. You will be promised that your list of things will all be taken care of. Well, eight weeks AFTER our walk through we still have numerous issues that have not been addressed (a few that are pretty major). You must stay on top of the complaint department but they are terrible at following up with you and keeping you updated. Very frustrating.

We love our neighborhood and those that live near us. It's quiet and quite lovely.

We felt a lot of pressure to close our home even though it wasn't ready. We should have been able to wait to inspect the home then have another week before closing for items to be repaired. We were promised items on our punch list would be completed prior to our arrival a month after closing but they were not done.

Love the condo. Lennar should notify buyers they took away the crown molding, the shower bars, less ceiling lights. Communication on cut backs should be communicated.
