Make sure you get everything done and repaired BEFORE closing. they are very helpful fixing everything but after you take possession on the home they take their time to fix or can tell you that is not covered on the warranty.

I would not say it was outstanding but our experience was very good. Improvement in your process could be made by far!!

I think the home buying process was very smooth.

The overall process was great I just wish more options were available to wrap into the house (i.e fence, gutters, other flooring options) versus having to do them afterwards. You spend so much buying and then more afterwards. The community thebuilt is very nice.

Considering market and location, this has been a good investment.

Rare to find a 3/3 model with a bedroom and full bathroom downstairs. The built was a few months as I bought during pre-construction.The house was completed right on time.

I had called for a few issues. Received response from Lennar and Im satisfied. I still have a thing or two but Im ok.

For first time home buyers Lennar is a an excellent option, as the process is a streamlined process, easy to follow and efficient tailored for new homeowners. entering the market. I would certainly recommend Lennar; and have recommend Lennar my friends that are looking to purchase. I plan to purchase from them again in the future.

The quality of the final product is above average. Multiple issues are showing up due to the poor job provided by contractors. The responsive time to resolve issues is also poor. It takes weeks before your problem is taking seriously. I was expecting better from a company like Lennar.

Satori is a nice community, but Lenar was trying to save on things that really doesn’t worth, small details that you have to fix for yourself because their customer support doesn’t work. There are many walk away they brought to us broken from first day, electric lids not in place, the worst light poles I never see before, they don’t put soil below grass and never pick up construction sand, so if you want a nice grass you need to do it by yourself in your garden. Little details that cost you and your community extra money!

The construction guys do a great job at laying the block, setting in the roof and handling most of the structural components. However, the outsourced painters, finishing trimmers, tilers and carpet guys are awful. Expect paint in the carpet and windows (the paint to basically be white chalk which comes off the wall when cleaning), the tiles to be irregular in height and to have missing grout (or just black mastic coming through the light tan grout). I won't even talk about how terrible the sod is installed in the yard. With all that said, these new constructions are great value for the money. Sure, you can't really make any meaningful choices, but you're getting a brand new house for the same or less than 2-3 year old comperables for sale in the area. The sales team is pretty honest and helpful in most things though the mortgage lender is awful - expect to have at least one or two major screw ups not in your favor. Once you're in the home, the guys that helped you in your walkthrough will do everything they can to set things right in the first few months. They're directly involved in setting up labor to fix errors. After that, they move on to new buyers, though you're still able to work with Lennar to fix issues for the first year. ... More

Like any other new home, we had issues inside the apartment with the floor and other finishings. However, Lennar showed responsibility and immediate assistance to resolve all of them. They also had a big delay in the completion and function of the elevator, which has also been resolved.

Be prepared to get a garage door motor opener . No screens in any windows. No blinds in any windows. No gutter around the house.

The main Electrical panel board is of poor performance, it should of been SQD like the other homes I am an Electrical Engineer and we stop using EATON for this reason, as I continue to have issues, including the water heater is poor quality

1. Did not like revealing that we need to cough up 20% way before closing instead of just usuall deposit and closing was delayed multiple times. Cost us major financial hardship due to the 20% insistance. 2. Hushed up fist and final inspection, They did not address legit yard issues as they know we have paid 20% down. Barriers to 3rd party inspection. House unclean not even builder level clean. Multiple closing dates and workers still doing bath tile works hours before closing. Rescheduled to hour before closing and cleaners doing cleaning while we had a hush hush inspection. TOTALLY unsatisfied Overall: Sales: V GOOD Mortgage: They dont care as we are locked in. We have to be proactive to handle our interests and they will respond w bare bones info. Overall OK Delivery of home: WORST Quality of home: OK Post Sales Support: Between GOOD & V. The buying process was smooth and easy, but I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of the home. We’ve run into several issues, especially with sand in the pipes, and were told this will always be a problem unless we install a filtration system—which isn’t exactly cheap. Honestly, that seems like something that should have been included from the start. On top of that, the carpet quality isn’t great, and one of the rooms has something melted into it, causing a bad odor. It’s been frustrating to deal with. It was disappointing to see that my friend purchased the same house at a lower price just three months later. Our investment decisions are based on anticipated future value appreciation.

Notified less than 5 days before closing that move-in was would be delayed due to cabinetry not available. This notification came after I resigned from my job, sold my home in Atlanta, and just before the drive to relocate to Florida. I stayed in a hotel for 3 weeks until unit was ready for move-in. Lennar did take care of the costs.

Materials, readiness of subs. Low quality installations around the house. Low cost materials and cheap insulation(not expected at this point in technology. Everything included home??? Yes like in comunism.
