We needs some repairs be completed ASAP.

I am very glad that I bought my beautiful Lennar house.

We are extremely happy in our new home.

Our villa is in a beautiful new community, close to shopping, restaurants and other businesses. The layout of our home is perfect and the all-included amenities like state-of-the-art appliances and the wifi home services are wonderful. The on-site building manager and warranty manager are always available and responsive. It was an easy downsize for us thanks to the Lennar associates that we dealt with.

Beautiful floor plans

I have a four bedroom home and it’s still too small. The bedrooms are so small 10 by tens are a waste of time you can’t even fit decent furniture trying to put a queen size bed and a dresser. There’s no space for anything else. I think it’s ridiculous and it should be against the law to build such a small room for someone to live in just my personal opinion.

Three-Star Review We recently received the keys to our new home and were excited to start moving in, but unfortunately the first thing we had to do was clean the entire house ourselves. It was very disappointing to find that the home hadn’t been cleaned before our walkthrough or move-in. As we’ve settled in, we’ve also noticed several small details around the home that don’t reflect the level of quality we expected. None of these issues are huge on their own, but together they’ve left us feeling less impressed with the overall finish. They build a home, not a custom home

My overall experience was great until we moved in. We found a couple of issues (a chipped tile and a couple of drywall issues) the superintendent came by took pictures and submitted a work order and that was the last time that we heard anything from Lennar.

This my best decision l made, l feel happy and comfortable.

Overall a great experience as a first homeowner

Lennar’s staff are exceptional. Unfortunately, they are dealing with too many workmanship issues that are not corrected by the trades at final inspection. It is evident that the CM, quality control and sales force have learned to accept a “production” standard that for most buyers is totally unacceptable to a buyer. Buyers expect quality workmanship when purchasing a home. Many defects have been corrected but more have materialized since occupancy. We are certain Lennar will fix the defects but it is disheartening to have to chase problems down.

Our overall experience has been very good. The staff is responsive and helpful. Our construction manager is beyond excellent. We realize that Lennar is not a custom builder. However there are a few items that should be offered as an option. The appliances are not reflective of the quality reputation the builder continues to enjoy. We would recommend Lennar to anyone looking to buy a new home.

The overall home buying experience with Lennar was very positive. Everyone we worked with from our initial contact through closing was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Being kept informed of the status of each step of the home buying process is important to me and the Lennar team did a good job of doing that. They responded back quickly with any questions they couldn’t immediately answer and didn’t make me continue to call them for that information.

House is nice. A lot to pull together to make it perfect. Lennar has been very good at warranty fixes.

Fit and finish just not what it used to be. This isn't just Lennar, it's all of the homes being built today. The subs are not craftsmen of old, they tend to just do sloppy work and never check their work. Why should the homeowner have to find all the little "presents" left behind by the subs???

I’m happy with my home however, I had some repair issues that required many and repeated visits.

Everything was built fast like clock work. Moving in while building is still going on around you, not so fun.

Very pleasant process with any issues resolved by the end of the 3rd month. Wonderful neighborhood with great neighbors.

Sprinkler guys did a lousy job. Sprinklers are too deep they didn’t plan for the sod height or level the yard well. Already have had to re-caulk master shower and kids bathroom. Overall we are happy with our home.

The builder had a very average finish. We had to rework it several times before the final walk-through. Since our support person (Mr.Mark) was very kind we were able to get a lot of stuff done after the closing by raising tickets. We are still not done with our home, the tub, there is a crack in it, something we were not able to see clearly during the final walk-through. Also Lennar a billion-dollar company should reiterate through their sales team several times about what is NOT included in the "All inclusive" home. For example we were hastily shown some things like the back blinds ,were not included, or even the lights for the home were not included, I think these things should be highlighted and an option provided for the customer to purchase such options. I do understand and respect that Lennar might have its own reasons, but the option to exercise should exist for the customer. I will happily confess that we were indeed provided everything except for the back blinds, and I am very grateful to Mr.Mark for his persuasion with his organization to satisfy all our needs especially in sight of the fact that we were almost out of funds after the closing. Overall we are very happy, but the paint job, the finishing near the edges of the walls and such other, have been slightly below satisfactory. Overall have been very pleased with Lennar. I’ve had homes built in the past and this is the best experience I’ve had. Response to issues has been excellent. I’m especially pleased with the LENNAR team I’ve worked with. I do have a complaint. I have some dead bushes and trees and my sprinkling system is not functioning but LENNAR says it’s not their issue and the landscape people say it’s a LENNAR issue. Nothing is getting done and more bushes are dying. Plus I’m trying to water with a hose which is costing me extra money and time. Can someone work with the landscaper and get my irrigation system fixed and dead trees and shrubs replaced? ... More

The house we bought overall is excellent and, especially with the lot size, is a great price. There were definitely some issues that required us to call out techs multiple times after we moved in.

I would not recommend the Lennar financing team. That is the only reason I would not rate Lennar 5 stars for Trustworthiness and Responsiveness to issues. The finance team could not get my settlement statement correct even right up to closing. I almost walked away from purchasing the villa due to their constant mistakes.

Lennar homes are undoubtedly beautiful with first class materials. Unfortunately there is a markedly disconnect in the quality control and some workmanship. It is understandable that inevitably there will be some issues with a new home, but most of us in Dorado are in agreement that the issues we have been facing are not becoming of half million dollar homes. Many of our issues have come down to outright LACK of quality control. In one case the only thing that needed to be done to see the problem was to look up at the wall. I am very happy with the response from the team that addresses these issues, Overall I am and will be a Lennar customer for life; with just a tiny bit of effort these can be the best homes in the market! ...
