We selected a quick move in home. The process from the initial home view until closing was very easy and the Lennar staff communicated well with us the whole way. Also, a month after closing we noticed a small issue and this was resolved immediately. I would recommend Lennar to anyone who is interested in a new home.

This wasn’t my first home that I purchased from Lennar. It’s my second purchase. I am very pleased with our second home. The community in which we live is close to everything. Thank you Lennar for helping us get our second home.

We Love or new Alexia Model. The floor plan is open and well thought out. The modern Design and open floor plan is just what we were looking for. The bed rooms are spacious and the master suite is separate from the other sleeping quarters. the master bath design is comparable to a much more expensive home.

Everything was pretty easy and streamlined in the purchasing aspect. Everyone from the agent to the in home questions guy "Orlando" were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The home being brand new so far has is in great shape.

So far, so good. Great staff that takes customer service very seriously.

I love everything about my home and wishes I could have found it sooner. We had smooth sailing through the whole process and the little issues we had with the home Lennar is standing behind every issue to get resolved.

When building our home, Kelly made sure we were updated every step of the way! In addition, on our walk through every inch of the house was made sure to be up to our standards. We had a few requests and Mark made them happen only a week before closing! We love our Lennar home.

Our new home feels like a custom home without being one, Lennar's Everything Included feature is just phenomenal. I'm happy with my new home

Extremely happy from our first steps into the sales model to now living in such a beautiful home. Lennar will always be our first choice for a new home purchase since everything is included-LOVE IT! No extra costs to add anything on!! Compared to other builders, Lennar offers thousands in savings by including the add on's we would have wanted.

Was a Licensed Realtor in Texas for 14+ years, and moved to retire in Fla. Lennar offers a lot for the Money. We have been in our home for six months, and have had a few issues to coordinate with Builder. Cedric_Customer Service Mgr., and Michael-Builder answered and remedied each issue promptly. Their Customer service and commitment to solving issues goes beyond the minimum. Valuable representatives of their company. We are truly grateful. Lennar delivers.

Wonderful easy experience all around.

I have never had a better home buying experience than with Lennar. From choosing a home to closing, Lennar always had out best interests in mind. They were never pushy or forceful to hurry up a choose a home or to go with Eagle Home Mortgage. Ricardo was only interested in making sure we bought a home that was right for our family. They worked with us and our difficult time schedule. The mortgage company was just as easy to work with - they were on top of everything from the beginning and submitting documents was incredibly easy. Start to finish the process was a dream!

Underwriter had questions every day about my finances. It would be less stressful if they waited until they had all questions and present they at one time. I keep thinking I would be turned down for financing. If you have influence with Still-water Community Association should be ready to put new residents on the list and see they are oriented in reasonable time period. I still do not have a number for charges. Neighbor have been helpful in answering questions

Great home in a quiet and growing community. The house is brand new with a modern kitchen, open layout, and plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is clean and family-friendly, with good schools nearby and nice community amenities. The screened lanai is a great bonus for relaxing outside. The only downside is that it’s a townhouse with a shared wall and HOA fees, but overall it’s a very good option for a new home in St. Augustine at this price point.

Great experience from start to finish. It was very easy to keep track of progress through the portal. The house was delivered on time as promised with no delays. Lennar insurance was competitive and made it a one stop shop. The sales team and the back office team including the closing agent were all extremely professional, courteous and easy to work with, from signing the purchase agreement and all the way through the close of sale. Keep up the great work, Lennar team!
