The home is of good quality, however I think the 10 month punch-list will be long (protruding nails, settlement cracks, etc.). The home was delayed by 3 months, with no real explanation as to why. Other homes signed after ours were completed first, very aggravating. The laminate flooring is very poor quality and is easy to scratch. Overall we do love our house, but wish we had better quality in some of the workmanship and materials.

Too bad you folks are so busy trying to close sales, because it does take away from buyer attention & needs. It must be nice to pre -sell your entire inventory. It shows that You are building homes of good value!

Over all this is a very well built home. It’s just the little things that I feel should have been corrected on inspection.

I love my home! My husband and I love the layout and enjoy the modern features. The 'everything included' offering is a definite game-changer. I have beautiful kitchen appliances that Lennar included with the home. Lennar, however, misses it in the area of communication and responsiveness. The tile work in our home needed to be sealed. Hubby and I didn't find this out until the final walk-through at closing. At that point we would have to wait weeks before the seal job could be done. Needless to stay, the seal job was an added expense we hadn't considered. The home was supposed to include a wi-fi booster and screen for our patio door. Lennar stated these items were on back order due to supply issues. We closed on our home in August 2021. It's now late December 2021 and we haven't heard a word about the booster or screen door. My husband and I decided to finance with Lennar's in-house mortgage company. The process was honestly stress-free! I still can't believe how easy it was to finance this house. However, I feel like no one wanted to take responsibility for some of the issues that I was experiencing with my new home. Easily and quickly put it off on the development/management company that the house is associated with. Frustrating! I will say that I love my new home and I will work through the issues on my own which unfortunately will have to come out of my pocket because the management company believes that it is Lennar's responsibility per the warranty. I am stuck in the middle!

The sales person was available for questions and thru the process responsive. The project Mgr /construction Mgr. was very helpful and informative. And did the best job of keeping us informed The customer care rep does the best he can to resolve issues timely. The initial mortgage person was responsive and followed up , the person who was handling the final push was not very good, she continued to ask for info provided and right up to two days before closing

Overall the building experience and end result was as expected. I am a little disappointed with the landscaping, specific to sod. It is unsatisfactory. Four months later and the property behind our lot has not been beautified. The construction fencing is still up and the area has not been cleared. It is unsightly and we are unable to fully enjoy our views. We have addressed this and nothing has been done.

The buying process went well and I love the home but construction discrepancies to be repaired after move in are still outstanding 4 months later

The design of the home is great. Unfortunately the trade partners they select to build the house is poor. The subs slap things together and then leave it up to the finish crew to REALLY finish the house. To make matters worse, their finish crew is short- staffed and it takes FOREVER to get things complete.

After the initial experience with sales person we were very disappointed. Our sales person was the most difficult person to cheat response back from. Mortage , Scott, was awesome. He helped more than sales person. The home inspection and walk through a were acceptable.

My only issue with the mortgage entity was some of their requests for data were absurd and unnecessary so we ignored them. The team was easy to work with and friendly.

My wife and I purchased a Lauderdale style home. The builders were responsive the sellers too. There were the inevitable things in the walk through. Most were addressed but many were not.

The sales assistant Sue, the Lennar mortgage representative Nicole and the foreman Tom the were excellent to work with. The sales representative however never responded to our questions after the papers were signed unless he needed something. I am not sure if this is Lennar’s sales process or if it was our sales representative. Either way the process needs to be looked at.

My overall experience with Lennar was good. There have been and still are issues regarding quality control. I have purchased a Lennar home in the past and was very happy. That is why I purchased another Lennar home. However, I am disappointed with some of the workmanship in my current home.

I really like the design and construction of our home. My problems started when we were rushed to have closing before the end of their quarter. Lennar would not let us settle after the end of November, as that is the end of their quarter. Made closing more stressful than it had to be. There were a couple of design changes, nothing to major, that we were not told about until seeing them and asking Lennar about it. I understand that their are design changes, but telling us what that is beforehand would have been better. Also service after the sale is pretty bad. From no communication between the people involved to no one showing up at the scheduled appointment time or returning my calls. Too many delays, too many expectations not met

Sidewalks and driveways are atrocious. Footprints in both and marked and discolored. Construction dust in basement and garage. Two doors painted in different finishes, on the same door. No sump pump was installed, but that was quickly resolved.

We like the style of our home, but the finishing details are not the best. The crown molding is poorly installed. Very obvious joints are visible. The appliance package is not the best either. Our microwave stopped working after 3 weeks. Took almost a month to get a new one. Our customer service person was great in getting this solved. If it weren’t for Chris C. We would still be waiting. Hard to believe there are no ceiling lights in the bedrooms. There is no egress off the back porch either so the homeowner has to spend money right off the bat if you want to get off your porch without going back in the house. Also, the basement floor was filthy with clumps of dried mud/concrete all over. We needed to have it professionally cleaned. The front porch was also very dirty with mud and paint on it. It would have been so nice if Lennar took pride in the finishing details of their homes before handing them over to the buyer who paid a good price for their new home. ... More

Lennar offered more incentives to purchase a home than any other builder in the area. They were also flexible with me as I did my due diligence. A few items for feedback. The construction manager came off a bit rude while walking through the home the first and second time. My thoughts are some more professional communication skills.

Sung excellent; Ally excellent; walk thru missed gas stove connection, wall coaxial damage, refrigerator water hose kinked; electrician on breaker box number does not return phone calls. Facia-soffet poorly done Gaps openings

Lennar's closing practices were deceptive. Placing typical seller expenses on the buyer as well as having buyer pay for water & sewer tap fees etc.

The quality of the materials could be better. The finishing could improve as they haven't done good finishing.

Everyone who is employed by Lennar has been exceptional. The plumbing, drywall, & electrical subcontractors work has been shoddy and substandard.

Poor paint job throughout villa, wall and drywall marks easily and chip. Placement of both water hoses act ward, one inside the back of the garage wall and the other on wall at paved patio should be further away from electrical outlet. Some kitchen cabinets open into each other. Closet shelving way too high and there should be more than one shelve in each closet. I had to place more shelving in some of the closets.
