I am happy with the builder. Home is very high quality.

Lennar has maintained its quality and showed responsibility to take care of work required attention. Some of it is still pending but overall I am happy to purchase this property.

The sales team hold brunches/lunches at the models for all new and past buyers, which helps you meet your neighbors. If we had any problems, they were minor and the team took care of them in a quick and timely manner.

Overall, all situation of my house is very good, I appreciate that.

My wife and I have been very pleased with our purchase. This includes before the sale support and after the sale support.

Excellent work

1. After our purchase we had a excellant walk thru. The only discrepancies found were by the Lennar employee, and they were superficial. We were trying to move in early but had to wait the one week requirement for the builders to fix the discrepancies found, with out a way to waive them. It seems your requirement to have a pristine built house needs to have some flexabillaty, like a waver signed by us to forego the discrepancies. 2. We purchased a home outside the security gates. So, as compensation Lennar installed our rear landscaping. The landscape included a sidewalk down the side, from the garage door, and along the back to the rear patio. On the back the sidewalk is against the house where the natural gas stub, electrical and water are installed, for out side use. With the sidewalk and gas stub in that position it makes it useless to add on, like an outside kitchen. We have been extremely happy with our home. The responsiveness if there has been a problem is quite fast and efficient. The one time we needed to report something, it was taken care of quickly and professionally.

We purchased our new home in February, and have been very pleased with our purchase. The home as with any construction project like a remodel required a few minor touch ups. The difference is the Lennar group has been very willing and quick to fix any issues. I highly recommend Lennar as a builder.

Lennar has been extremely responsive and helpful when I have contacted them.

Nobody should have to spend their first week dealing with sewage issues, leaks in bedroom walls or non working appliances. Your first week should be filled with happiness and joy. I understand 1 item but multiple is unacceptable. Other homes in the development have had similar problems. Where Lennar shines is post customer service. They took care of the problems immediately and for that I am greatful to the people who resolved them. Would I buy another Lennar home? Absolutely not.

Devin assisted us in securing our home. We were hesitant due to all the negative reviews we saw and choosing to not have a realtor, but when people say the builder agents are only working in the best interest of the builder, they have not met Devin. She was truly amazing every step of the way. Austin was fantastic during our walkthroughs and Prestin/Customer Service team have responded very quickly to anything that has came up since we moved in a couple months ago. The only thing I can say that I wasn't incredibly pleased with was the lender representative we had, we felt there wasn't a lot of communication but at the end we were happy with the results. We were able to see multiple homes in the price range that was right for us. We were able to take our time. However, once we made our decision we had to come back the next day to sign paperwork. Our Lennar salesperson was ready to do the paperwork that day. It took her longer to get the paperwork ready, and we were planning to go back home the next day. We left later that we wanted to to return home.

Although small, too many imperfections all over the house that you wouldn’t normally expect to see from a brand new house

Had a great experience buying with Lennar. We were looking for a quick move and was able to close in less than 30 days. Rusty was a great mortgage rep, got us a great deal on a home they were wanting to get sold. Locked in a great rate in the very beginning.

Victoria was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She was very nice and was always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The construction team was also extremely friendly and helpful. Dylan was always there to help when the issues arise. He was patient with us. Every time we would see him on the job site he had a smile on his face and was willing to answer our questions. I wish Lennar used better quality cabinets and carpet. The cabinets are particle board and very weak. The carpet is thin and the nails from tack scribs pock the feet. ... More
