We shopped around with many pre owned homes and other builders and Lennar absolutely gives you more for your money. The quality of craftsmanship is great and if you have any issues the problems are resolved quickly.

The entire process was a WOW! We really enjoyed the builders and inspection team walking us through all of the features throughout the house. Chris, the gentlement that handled our walk through was and has been a HUGE help. He is responsive, gets things done quickly. Our only complaint is we were promised a mirror in our master bathroom because the incorrect one was installed. It was first said to be available two weeks after closing (Mid January) then we were told they could not come in the home until Feb 1, then when we called at the end of February we were told it a company would be reaching out to setup an install. The service and attitude of all is a treat. Extremely happy with the experience. From the sales office to our move in coordinator to the warranty. People accommodate and are courteous and professional.

No high pressure sales tactics and great people to work with - before during and after purchase.

Starting with the Rosalie in the office with her exceptional experience and knowledge to Dale in repairs we have always felt secure in our experience.

After searching for some time we finally stopped here in Winchester. Dawn was extremely helpful since day one. Before closing Javi was already making an impression of the type of person he is, and has gone above and beyond everytime. Everytime we see him he stops and makes us feel like family. This was not just an investment, but they made us feel more comfortable with the entire process on our "forever home".

Lennar made the buying process easy and smooth. The sales representative and lender answered all the questions I had (and I had a LOT) and it never seemed like I was bothering them. The house is beautiful and if I ever find an issue, I just call the customer service rep. and it is taken care of immediately.

We love our new smart home. Value for price was incredible. Responsiveness on latent defects has been ok -- most of our issues addressed but it takes some time.

Know what you want in a home. Buy your own flooring.

Concrete in driveway had a lot of discoloration. Concrete on back patio had some cracks.

I’m happy with my experience purchasing my home through Lennar. The buying process went smoothly, and I love my new home. However, I’m very unhappy with the solar panels that were sold to me. It has been two months and they are still not connected, and it’s almost impossible to get in contact with the solar panel company. This part of the experience has been very frustrating.

I am a disappointed in the decrease of quality. I have always liked Lennar homes, but they have really made some major cuts on their materials and quality. Not what they use to be. This is our second home and not impressed. Worried my home will not last as long.

Lennar home purchase experience was good. However, the quality of material and the workmanship is sub par. There is clear evidence that Lennar has tried to cut cost to sell homes for cheap and new homeowners would have to bear that cost. For example, in our home in the backyard the there is a big dirt pile incline by the fence that reduces the RV park space and furthermore I will have to pay thousands of dollars to build retaining wall there. Similarly the quality of paint in the house seems low quality,
