Good quality workmanship. The efficiency of the sound proofing and insulation was outstanding and I have much lower utility bills than expected.

Lennar does not provide a lot of customizing options but stands behind what they offer. They have been very responsive to the few minor issues we’ve encountered.

We are super please with our first home. Everyone and everything that went into building this home was great. The sales personnel at Lennar made the experience extremely easy to understand.

Love the floor plans and how they have change the elevations to where they don't look so cookie cutter. Like how the price you pay is what you get. All upgrades are up front and there was no other hiden fees or charges.

i would like more ethernet plugs in the rooms some have none for items that react better than wifi connection also the back yards could have some attention rather than just dirt or at lease tamp and compact it add better quality appliances and thermostats ecobee or nest

My experience had been fine until I realized Lennar sold two new homes next to me to a corporation that rents out these homes. I currently have one neighbor that is already breaking HOA rules. I would have never bought a home where rentals are allowed. Many others are also very upset..

Overall home buying experience is very good. After closing their response to issues is not very good.

Issues needing to be fixed had to be addressed several times and were scheduled and no shows

The home itself is very nice BUT we have had nothing but issues Electric due to what they called breaker issues WE had to replace all of them out of pocket ! Brand new home !!! Patio door would not lock they did come fix that but we still have to slam several times to lock it. I will never buy another Lennar home or recommend one Workmanship is horrible motto build fast sell fast can’t wait to sell

We didn't set out to get into a new build, but fell in love with the clean, sleek designs and backyards at just the right size. Some things were disappointing (appliances and toilets on the low end of quality, walls painted with matte paint), but overall, we are very happy with our decision to purchase a Lennar Home. The buying process was easy, thanks to a dedicated team that stayed in regular contact and did not flinch at our novice questions. Purchase price felt right for what we were getting, but the cost to upgrade a blank canvas backyard was a big surprise - be prepared for that one! We had bought a new build, but pre-built Woodstock model home and have been very happy with it. The process for going through approval and closing was very fast (almost too fast to get ready for the move). We love our new home and only had less then a handful of minor, minor issues to address and Jamie with the Warranty Dept. and Kamryn with Compliance Dept. are fantastic to work with. Very responsive, knowledgable, and caring that the issue's are addressed. We were happy with the process and very happy coming up on two months in our new house

First of all i would like to acknowledge Kevin he helped us very well i have no issues with him at all even after home buying he still assist me. The only problem is Drake. We have noticed issues in the home already and he was there acknowledging everything but it seems like he agrees when we are around and disregard everything once we are done. I feel like he only wants me to sign the docusign so he can be off the hook. To be honest i have requested service for the things that we have already raised to him. Promised me that he will fix it but nah he didnt and when i try to reach out to him nothing. To be honest the walkthrough with him is’nt really informative im still trying to figure things out myself but thats okay. My main concern is he does not honor his word. He keeps pushing me to sign the docusign i even asked him to make sure to fix it and still nada. Home buying with lennar is good but make sure you dont sign anything on the walkthrough or else youll end up waiting for a guy to come and fix it while you are moving in. Please make sure drake wont do it to anybody. Kevin is the only reason that really made our home buying more comfortable and less worry. ... More

Our homebuying experience with Lennar started off with excitement and hope, but unfortunately, that enthusiasm was slowly replaced by ongoing stress and frustration—primarily due to poor communication, especially from the mortgage department. The early stages of the process were smooth enough, and the home itself is beautiful and well laid out. We do feel that the overall value and quality of the house is solid. We’re happy to have a place to call home. However, the path to move-in was not what we had hoped it would be. The biggest issue we faced was a serious lack of communication and follow-through across multiple teams. We often felt left in the dark about what was happening or what we needed to prepare for next. This lack of transparency caused a great deal of physical and emotional stress, especially as we neared closing. Timelines were unclear, questions went unanswered, and at times we felt more like we were managing the process than being guided through it. One example was the backyard. Early on, we were told that landscaping could be rolled into the mortgage. But the process was never brought up again, and by the time we asked about it later, it was too late. Now we're left figuring it out ourselves, with only 90 days post-closing to add basic coverage—like rock—to meet requirements. It’s just one of many things we wish had been communicated more clearly. To be fair, there were team members who tried their best to help us, and we appreciate those efforts. But the overall coordination between departments and the responsiveness just didn’t meet our expectations. For future buyers, I would recommend going into the process with eyes wide open. Be prepared to advocate for yourself constantly, take detailed notes, and follow up often. While Lennar builds lovely homes, the customer service and communication left us feeling overwhelmed and unsupported during what should have been a joyful milestone. ... More
