I would buy another Lennar home in a heartbeat. They are clearly focused on customer satisfaction. The only issues we had were related to their contractors, specifically the plumbing company they contract with is garbage. The company really screwed up a lot of things. But Lennar made huge efforts to correct the issues and were extremely responsive. It’s difficult to find qualified workers these days and we were understanding of that.

Quality of the build was outstanding. All the people we worked with were available to answer questions and concerns. Have recommended this builder and community to others.

The home purchasing process was vey easy. From Sales to the Mortgage Team everything was seamless. Everyone at Lennar was professional, timely, and very helpful.

House was completed in the timeframe promised and work was done well. To Raia has been excellent in handling all our post-closing requests. Overall experience with everyone has been positive.

Great house for the price. Lennar is the biggest American builder and it shows in the fact that they are able to offer these houses for the price they do.

The process was easy from start to finish. The title, lender, sales persons were all stellar. Warranty representative is great and easy to work with.

The buying experience was extremely pleasant as compared to the mortgage process through Lennar which was difficult at times. First, my wife and I were impressed with the building of the home from start to finish. Everything was constructed in a very purposeful and deliberate manner. The structural integrity of the main structure was solid. Second, the doors and kitchen and bath cabinets were a bit on the cheap side but because they are builders cabinets we accepted that deficiency. Third, the kitchen granite countertop was installed with a defect that has not been addressed even after 2 complaints. Fourth, the house is spacious and we were given a slightly larger piece of property than other builders give. Honest and ethical home builder. Very responsive to the few minor issues we have called out. All resolved within about 1 week of escalation.

Lennar delivered exactly as they said they would. No missed milestones. No nonsense. No surprises. I'm very happy with my new home and the neighborhood.

Disappointed in the some of the workmanship and quality of finishes. For instance, drywall screws are easily exposed. Doors and cabinets are not as “solid” as I expected. Insulation is not good. Noises/ conversation can be heard when doors are closed even from across the home.

Well organized vision in planning development of community.

Bought the home in May and moved in around August. Overall buying process was simple. Construction completed earlier than initially agreed on date. Post move-in issues got addressed quickly. Overall good experience.

Great home for the money and couldn’t be happier with the response from the Superintendent on the few issues we had.

Good work and customer friendly

We love our new home for the most part but have had way to many issues to be corrected. Everything was fixed but it has taken 4 months to complete and we still have one issue that has been delayed because of the current virus shutdown.

From the start of speaking to a sales associate to closing and working with the construction manager Lennar provided a exceptional experience.

In Arizona trades are hard to find. The quality of the detail work is honestly the only thing I feel is lacking in our home. I feel you would have that issue in any home as all the trades work for all the builders. The only way you could hold a builder to the fire on an issue honestly is if it was a custom home. Our Lennar home feels of high quality, we’ve experienced great customer service.

Overall, I’m happy
