Hope they have a more knowledgeable project manager as far as codes & not tell you things he knows nothing about .

Not enthusiastic when fixing issues presented by buyer.

Going through the initial process to finally closing was super easy and all my questions were answered so I wasn't confused on anything. House is wonderful and other than a few issues that took multiple times to fix from final closing I would recommend Lennar for others looking to buy.

Heat pump caused the Next-Gen area to heat up and cause strong smoke smells to the point the fire department had to come out. Debris within the system air ducts were clogged with building materials. Clothe dryer in Next-Gen had issues and I am still dealing with them. A circuit breaker in the dinning area of the main house keeps tripping, no electrician has come to check on it after it has been reported. Continues to happen.

We have constant issues with the laminate flooring. Tears all over the place under the weight of regular furniture. Please contact us to make this right.

We've been in your house for 5 months now and reported repairs that need to be done in my opinion too long, we are still waiting to get our deadbolt locks fix they are supposed to be able to be controlled by an app we have to constantly contact whoever was in charge in getting it fixe, we needed one of our Walls by the side gate to be painted and it wasn't why did they not just painted it when they painted my next door neighbor's house I find that to be stupid to end my review things are going to get fix I just wish it would have been faster

I feel that a lot of things are overlooked. Simple things. The quality control of the different parts of the building process is far from good. I know good help is hard to find. There are things I believe you should change. The stainless sink in the kitchen are passé. There are many options besides stainless and porcelain. The tile work seems substandard. I like my house, but I think you need to get into current times.

So far I have really enjoyed living in McQueen Landing. The homes are very nice and the sales and construction staff are friendly. I am glad I moved to this community and I look forward to living here!

This is the second Lennar home we have bought and the experiences have been very different. The quality of the workmanship on this Wales Ranch home compared to our last one is very disappointing, especially the finishing work. The subs that have come in to fix things have been unreliable, have done either half of a job or a poor job, and it's an ongoing struggle to get things done as they should have been done in the first place. Lennar has also used inferior items in place of higher quality ones this time and yet the price was far higher. They have cut corners, given us lower quality, and it shows. ... More

Others not so much.

I looked at home. The price was 403K there was some fraud found on my credit report, so I had to take care of that took me about 2 to 3 weeks to take care of my credit report called my agent again and wanted to put an offer on the same house. Within that period of time same house was $10,000 more Lennar Holmes have no sympathy on people like me who had credit compromised and found out by accident

We purchased our current home from California. It was a fairly smooth process and going through the financial was great. We had a great sales person. However, the quality of home was not what we expected. I would say for the most part, the tile setters were the worst. I have never seen tile layed so poorly with very uneven lines in the grout.The grout was messed up; different colors everywhere. Kind of embarrassing when I have somebody come to my house. I felt like I was looking at floors that were installed by people that had done it for the first time. Everything was very dirty especially the floor. The windows were very dirty and smudged and the backyard was not cleaned up at all. ... More

Lots of corners cut during the building process. The individuals that I’ve dealt with have been good just a craftsmanship wasn’t

I still have open issues, its small repair stuff but never got addressed.

The house was not move in ready.... Was told not to worry they would take care of it within A-day or 2.... It has now been 6 weeks.... A small example of things not working I was told ring doorbellThat was included in my package I was told that's my problem it's not part of the move in ready Which I personally think is BS but anyways life goes on

We looked at two model homes and fell in love with the Sage. However, when we did our walk through on new home, things had changed. Exterior color scheme, window and door layout and kitchen counters were not the same. All along we believed were getting what we saw. Had several discussions about some of these things but in the end we were told we are a production builder not custom. Understood, but communication via the initial salesman was a bit sketchy. We will repaint the garage and front doors to match the model.(got green, wanted brown) Being a couple states away during construction, had my son in law take pictures of the framing phase. Found several split 2x4s that I had to have fixed, twice, on load bearing wall. Got some push back from aforementioned salesman but got them replaced before the next phase. Beyond that, we do love the home. Once the house closed and we did our final walk through our experience with project manager Eric was incredible. It was obvious he cared about our satisfaction. Actually sent workers back to repair some cosmetic flaws in a bathroom sink after we signed off. In the end my advice would be to stay on top of the details. ... More

Everyone was very nice and professional. Too many portals to log into and deal with between the builder, title, mortgage etc. Great floor plan but definitely some items we felt like they got cheap. For example a single hook instead of a towel bar…um most master baths have 2 people so no towel bar and only one hook is a fail. Disposal is poor quality. Terrible can lightning that casts shadows in all bathrooms meant we had to hire an electrician off the bat to install better lighting. Overall still happy with home.

Take notes and write down people and what they do.

We bought house in Aloravita South community in Peoria, AZ. We never get to choose options like flooring, cabinets, exterior color, elevation etc. Its like Take it or leave it....not customer friendly.

Painter were not that good

Lennar does not pay attention to details - seems more like mass productionLennar seems to focus less on details, giving the impression that their homes are produced in mass quantities.

Had difficulty signing in to Lennar trak. Tried half a dozen times.

Theresa our sales consultant was amazing through the whole process! Theresa was amazing to work with!!! However, our loan officer Ashley with Lennar Mortage made a MAJOR financial mistake that caused a huge financial burden on us. When we talked to Kristi about this in Theresa's absence since it was her day off she stated "well do you just want to cancel" instead of being sympathetic of the situation and try to rectify the issue. That was poor customer service on her part. However, we raised the lennar mortage issue with Theresa and she helped us get somewhat of a resolution. I still feel like Lennar Mortgage could have done better with a resolution. What they did was still not good enough and did not justify the financial burden it did to us. We will not recommend Lennar Mortgage to anyone due to this. ... More

I had issues with the entire buying process except titling and the final walkthrough with Scott and Saul. My sales rep CC was my least favorite person with this deal luckily I had my own realtors on my side to oversee her. The best part of this ordeal is Scott from the construction team always available for a call or to help in the house even after the sale. This guy is a true asset to the Lennar team. The title team another great asset to Lennar. However your sales and sales support throughout the process to include your finance people were absolutely horrible. Luckily my financial people caught a huge mistake in the financing of this home and we switch gears and made it happen. But again it was me and my team that realized the issue and Tammy had no clue what she was doing. ... More
