The process of buying a new home is very daunting. I would suggest talking to other other people first to get some insight. Not all home buying experiences are the same. Make sure your finances are in order because, you will be required to offer up a lot fo information. I also, suggest reading the home buyer 101 guide you can find online. Make sure your builder stays engaged with you. I think the most important thing to do is read and ask questions. I have to admit I did feel rushed going to the studio. That is one of the things that I hated about this experience. I hate to be rushed especially when it comes to my money. It's not not just a house it's your home. Don't let anyone rush you or try to tell you what you want. I can't really complain because, I had a great realtor. So, my experience was not as bad as I've heard other people say it is. It was a great investment

Need to have better workers. My wzter lines were crossed and had to have a big part of my kitchen wall cut off to fix it

Any issues that I have had were addressed immediately. The contractors are simply amazing and make sure that you are completely satisfied with the finished product. I love my home!

Overall I’m very happy with the house and it earned a lot of praise but can use a lot of improvements. The building process is very smooth, the studio process is a bit rushed. That’s a good way to sum up the experience as a whole, rushed. I would also really watch them when they lay your grass down, probably the weakest part of the whole experience.

My husband and I had a good experience while purchasing the home but it was the experience after that could have been better. There were small things here and there that needed to be fixed after the move in. It felt a little hard to get someone to come and fix those issues at times and that was a little frustrating.

Good neighborhood close enough to everything you need and Loop 1604 as well to Sea World, however, far away enough to keep that peace and quiet. The square foot for the price is better than most neighborhood. The sale team and foreman are really helpful and keep you infor in all the faces of the construction. The neighborhood had multiple types of model houses available to choose for different size families. Overall, is a good company that deliver quality product and good value.

We have great experiences buying this home. The people we talk about our concerns are reliable and have taken their actions fast. The only thing we are wondering is why does our account is being transferred every month to different lending companies . We foound it hard to set up a permanent account to pay our monthly mortgage

One thing I do agree is when something is wrong they fix it right away. the buying experience was awesome. the sales team were amazing. The onsite contractor was good just promised to many ting he couldn't deliver. so that why I gave it three stars on trustworthiness. But I let everyone were I bought my house and who helped me from the sales team.

Home is great still waiting for reply back from Customer Service.

When calling the customer service line no one answers or if they do they are not much help. If they didn't have a great superintendent that helps out so much i would have a problem with them not answering. Other then that its a great home.

I don’t like the home owners association. I been trying to paint my fence and there’s too many restrictions and rules

Not quality craftsmanship.

Very happy with my new home. After moving in we have found minor details and same were noted by our Engineer, Joey and all were taken care of promptly. Very happy with the attention given on matters.

The PM for our community has been very responsive when trouble with our home arises. Attention to detail during the building process by the builder and PM needs to improve in order to illiminate the iisseus I have experienced.

Underwriting ruined the whole experience because VANESSA never knew what she was doing and constantly requested duplicates or conflicting information.

The quality of counter in bathroom is poor lots of scratches already.

The entire process building with KB was extremely smooth. We love the flexibility of choosing different options, changing floor plans, and adding different features to make our home unique. The only wish we had was better quality flooring/non-carpet options for the base options (carpet is pulling up and going flat after 1 month).

It was a good home buying experience.

Love our new home. No real issues, although we do still have two outstanding items for the construction team to resolve. New cabinet doors for the master bath are on order so I'm sure that's the hold up. However, we've been waiting quite a while to have mortar scrapped from our walkway to the front door, etc. Not sure what the hold up is there but it certainly does detract from the appearance of the outside of our home.

Workmanship needs more attention to detail

Be careful when purchasing in this community. Many of our issues that were blue taped before closing went ignored and are still getting “fixed” 3+ months later. Lack of communication from building manager and lack of quality control. This is not our first home, nor our first KB Home, but the quality and craftsmanship has gone down. Disappointed for sure.

The house itself is beautiful and located in a great area. The quality of workmanship is decent, though the contractors sometimes leave much to be desired. Overall, we are grateful for the finished product and have enjoyed living here. However, after some time, we've noticed that certain shortcuts were taken during construction. It's important to be aware that while you'll get good value for your money, the building process tends to move quickly, and some corners may be cut by the builders.
