it's been almost 2 months in our new home and little by little things are starting to fall apart. started with the garage and now down to smaller items that I'm able to fix on my own.

Bad communication with the builder… But on another note..Mrs Kathy was the one who really made this experience so wonderful… I give her all praise…

The sidings, hardie board around the house were installed crooked some crooked in and some bulging out, making rattling noises even when it lightly windy remind its not even pass 3 months yet after closing. I contacted the warranty officer and all he said is to send out the guy to put nails in, easy as it sound, but with those cracked and crooked in, i asked those to be replaced thy ignore ny request and they said will send out the siding manufacture to inspect. I wonder what the role the siding manufacture plays here since they arent not the one who installed it and arent the one hearing the rattling noises to the point it sounds like you pickup a wooden stud and keep smashing it to the wall. Overall we were treated good until it came time to get all the bugs out. Like door knobs coming off. AC blowing extremely hot only upstairs and we're still having issues

Bobby was my contractor on my new home build and he made the process seem so smooth and easy to get through. Consistently updating me and answering any questions or concern I had. KB homes price point is very reasonable for the products and quality of material that the offer and I am please to have purchased my home with KB.

After the closing i found some issues and contacted the warranty service department. Greg was very responsive and he immediately come and check the issues and resolve it. Really appreciated the excellent service.

My journey went smooth , The whole team were supportive and responsive at every step, The sales agent was amazing who went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, The only thing I would say is that quality needs to beimproved a bit but still it's not that bad but can be improved, Remaining the whole journey as a first time home buyer was very positive.

There are still some outside painting that need to be done, waiting to be contacted regarding that

We bought this house between Nov 4th and Dec 14th. Fast and easy! I am very comfortable here and looking forward to many years more in it. Trey and Chad and the local team have been great.

The entire process was seamless. All parties involved made themselves easily accessible and answered all questions. The home was the perfect fit for our family. We lucked up with a property with lots of upgrades and comparing to base model, definitely spend the extra money on them.
