From the initial visit to the model home to closing, it was a great experience. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions most of us will ever make. Everyone involved in the process was very responsive to my inquiries and concerns. I had an amazing experience buying our 1st house with KB Homes. From seeing houses to going to closing, everyone was amazing. We build our home. From choosing our floor plan, to going to the studio, from getting updates from the builder to our amazing loan officer. Everyone was amazing and we are so happy. Shomari is THE BEST!! he is so caring and takes his time explaining everything to make sure I understood and was comfortable. He also always made sure all our tasks were completed in a timely manner and He was always on top of it! So thankful for Shomari during this process and all of his help!!! Jai was the best sales person ever. Even this this was the first time it was a easy and great experience. I was included in the process every step of the way. Brandon the construction superintendent was amazing as well !! I would not have chosen a different team to help me.

Kyle was fantastic and saved the whole experience for us. He sent us photos to update us on progress while they were building, had us come by and walk the property at certain stages and explain what is happening. Very friendly, responds by phone, email, and text and helped us resolve a mistake that was made by an outside vendor that we used to for some options. He went back and had it corrected in a couple of days at not cost to us. Walked us through the whole process and brought Greg(Warranty Manager) over to meet us so he could help with post close questions. Greg was also amazing, handling all issues that came up after moving in. We had a couple of issues after we moved in that we not his or Kyle's or KB's fault at all. We had some appliance issues and they actually went above and beyond what they were required to do to make it right. ... More
