Overall, my total experience has been exceptional. From my initial time working with the sales team, until the final walk through. From visiting the design center to the closing. I could not have asked for a better experience for someone who is new to home ownership.

I love my KB home

Pick out all of the things you want at the design store, then go over your list and cut the things you can live without but keep the things that makes it yours.

As with any construction crews, it's all about the subs. The direct hire employees can not be everywhere all the time, so the subs try to get by with stuff. The direct hire folks with KB were very responsive and addressed any issues we found with the workmanship of their subs.

I have not been given the walk thru of the house. How everything works.

Overal I think the house is beautiful and was worth it. I think KB could do better in certain areas. Do not have windows facing the next house, change your construction plan to have better lighting in the house. Some materials used are cheap, but then again the house looks great. Customer service has been Stellar! I would buy a KB home again, but only if I get it built so I have the option to choose the plan and material. My closing was also hassle free!

Sales ,design studio, loan , warranty teams are great! Quality of construction are poor some parts of the walls are looks like bending unbelievable.

The Sales and Home Decor Depts were great. However, the Project Manager for the build failed to do a thorough quality check as some things were left undone or not done right. A bathroom is missing a screen, cabinetry was not sealed properly nor the counter top slab. Additionally, a vent started to fall from the ceiling we’re it was revealed that the hole was cut improperly and had to be replastered. I’m still waiting on my screen and counter top to be repaired.

The people that we interacted with throughout the process were all so friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for.

Overall it was great with just a few hiccups.
