We had an absolutely incredible experience with KB homes. Great communication and response.

Overall it worked out great

The sales rep (justin), Construction Super (Hunter), and Greg were always super prompt in resolving any issues we would bring up.

First time homebuyers. We designed the most beautiful home at a reasonable price. The process was friendly and we were kept informed every step of the build process. Unfortunately, there were a few issues with craftmanship (brickwork and cabinets had a few issues). Overall, great experience.

Nice and smooth translation

This was my first home buying experience and I don’t regret a thing! Were there some hiccups throughout the process?……of course. But KB did an excellent job at keeping us informed about the status of the issue and, aside from the fact that every issue got resolved, knowing where things stand along the way means a lot to me. They were professional, respectful, and sincere. I didn’t know what to expect, but they understood that and kept me posted every step of the way so there wouldn’t be any surprises. If I get another home in the future, I’m going to check in with KB Homes, for sure!!

I enjoyed my home buying experience that I had with KB from choosing the right home to closing on my dream home. From start to finish I was informed each week about my weekly progress with the home. I was able to interact with each persons that played their role in the process,

Great support team, but wish the actual construction crew would pay more attention to finer details.

Great experience with the builder's employees throughout and after buying the home and getting settled in. One thing I've learned however, don't expect your home to be perfect from day one. Just because it's a new build doesn't mean you're not going to have problems. With any new construction neighborhood, they're trying to get your home up fast and this could potentially lead to bigger issues. Fortunately, KB representatives were extremely helpful and fast in resolving the issues.

Thanks to KB Home we finally purchased our new home! It was a stressful process but thanks their great assistance and professional work we got through it. It would not be possible without KB Home.

Despite covid and the weather KB produced me a great new home! Well built and the minor issues I've had have been addressed in a timely manner

KB Home kept their price as they told me until I get a house, that's amazing thing. Same time, my friend bought a house from another builder, but the price keep moving up until my friend must to quit. Wonderful services, customer service of KB Home is really good, friendly and quickly.

Kevin, our warranty and repair guy, was on site and available during the buying process for any adjustments we needed. He was fast and easy to work with. Ryan, our KB Home sales representative, was also intelligent and responsive throughout the whole process.

This process went as smooth as possible. From my first interaction with the sales team through the construction phase and all the way up to post sales! What a great experience! Thank you team!

KB homes offered us the greatest value with the best product in the Austin area!

Any project will have issues, but KB did a pretty good job getting through them, especially with a large winter storm and the pandemic, amid labor shortages etc. Materials and methods used for the house however, are a bit subpar, and while it's rated as an energy efficient home, I can't say it's amazing. Lots of flimsy materials used, but for the money we paid, I feel like we got a decent deal, especially in the Austin housing market. I'd recommend this for a first time homebuyer or a younger couple.

Everything was good but design studio process needs to be more thorough with the selection of items

My Property Manager has been GREAT! He has been willing to listen to my concerns and ready to intervien with any issue. The Warrenty Manager has listened to me and has gotten the jobs scheduled to make my transition into my new KB Home easy.

Everything looks pretty good but some things seemed rushed. But overall great experience.
