We had a great experience purchasing and working though the process. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t all easy going but KB Homes has great people and systems in place to make sure you have a wonderfully built home.

From sale to construction Kbhome team is a winner. Location/location/location. Floor plan and customization is what sold me. Lemont is the best and got it done. The Studio tour and upgrades was exciting and Sarah was super. Tammy helped so much with the loan process. Constr Mgr's addressed questions and small issues(paint/HVAC(loud by bedroom window). Traffic in and out could be an issue in future as other home builders build, there is only one 4 way 2 lane intersection in and out and can be a little issue. As a veteran first time home buyer pleased with the results.

It has been a great experience all-around working with KB Home's team. The communication was always on-point, I felt supported along the way especially being a first-time homebuyer. I'm so grateful for KB Home making my homebuying dream a reality!

Our overall experience with all representatives of KB was wonderful. One example of great customer service is there was a concrete platform off of my back patio that was missing. I contacted the service rep, and the platform was installed the next day!!! The quality of the home, and the structure of the home are both very well done. The incentives that came with the home, made the overall price very affordable. I cant say enough, that if your thinking about buying a newly built home, you would be missing out if you do not, at the very least, look into a KB Home.

Our experience has been excellent from beginning to end. George has been fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. He is consistently responsive, trustworthy, and very knowledgeable, and he made sure nothing fell through the cracks. Anytime we had a question or concern, George addressed it quickly and clearly, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well-managed. The quality of workmanship and overall value have met our expectations, and having someone like George guiding the process made a big difference. We would absolutely recommend working with him to other home buyers.

The entire process of viewing and purchasing our KB home was a great experience!

I had a great experience thru the whole process. As a first time home buyer it was great to be given help by Liz the sales representative at preserves. I wouldn’t be a homeowner today without the detailed step by step plan that we were given. Rachel was a great help when choosing the design elements in our home. Surprisingly the design store had a lot of good free choices that compliment each other as well as reasonable upgrade choices. The building crew was very transparent Sam took us thru the hours when it was just foundation and beams. Ned took us thru the finished product and showed us how everything operated and best care practices. And Chad has followed up with us to make sure everything is still well. I never thought I’d be a home owner . KB homes made that doubt a reality and helped me every step of the way.

The buying experience was great and moved quite quickly. We were updated on the progress of our home every week and it was built quicker than we expected. Overall the quality of the home is great and the customer service has been in touch with us often. We are very happy with our experience.

For the most part, I'm not expecting much but prefer to observe a team's efforts and then be deeply appreciative when it's a winning situation. The KB construction team, sales team, etc. (save for Amanda H) were absolutely phenomenal in assisting me in my endeavors towards home ownership. They each worked diligently with me to bring this to fruition despite some unique and personal challenges. I'd like to thank specifically Garrett F, Cody ?, LeMonte A, Ian C., Meghan Z., and Giovanni ? for a job well done. This home is amazing and I am truly grateful to have purchased from KB Homes.

The experience of building our home was much easier than I thought it would be considering it was all online. The final home was finished when promised and we were very happy with the end result
