That once you sign the design contract, there is no going back. Even if you want to change something the very next day. So leave some time between the two design appointments so that you can decide whether you want to change your mind or not.

My experience with the KB home buying process was good. There were some issues: delays with material, communication and site construction manager. I believe some these issues could have been avoided with better communication. How ever in the end response some of the issues are currently being addressed.

The KB team has been great to work with. The part that hasn’t been the best experience is the quality of craftsmanship that went into the building and finishing of the home but I guess that’s part of the difficulty of todays straining times of workers and who’s available to work. The KB team has been great at trying to make up for the issues that have occurred and that’s awesome!

The home that KB built for us is our first home. My husband and I love the great customer service that Angie gave. She made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Tony is also amazing and we truly appreciated all the calls we received from him, while he was building our home. The only downfall would be the Financial part/mortgage originator rep named Rosa. She was not responsive and we definitely didn’t have a good experience with her. So needless to say we went with another mortgage company that was more helpful and responsive.

Great experience with the home builder from beginning to end! Would highly recommend KB Home to any future home buyer(s).

Overall I think its been a good experience so far, I appreciate the quick response time for questions or concerns. Always very professional.

While our house was almost 7 months behind schedule, we still love the home. In our area, it was a great deal, especially for a new build. There are some quality issues with the home (paint not even, wrong fixtures installed, internal walls / corners that aren't completely straight), but KB has been quick to help us fix them. We like it a lot and were pleasantly surprised at the whole design process.

This was an overall great experience. Dahlia was absolutely fantastic! The entire staff that I worked with, Mike the builder and Camille were so responsive and helpful. I always felt comfortable speaking with them and always trusted their views. Great experience.

we would recommend when we moved in we feel real home . the builders always update and check on you. whatever you need to be reach out they always here for you.

While I recognize that we did not purchase a custom-built house, however, for the price we paid ( half million or so)we expected more…this was our second KB home. We had great experience on our first thus we decided to get another KB home. I said,, mixed as there were quite a couple of people that stood out. Steve was great during our meetings with him from the footing/ foundation to the final walk through. Respected our customs and allowed us to do what we wanted us to do. The only issue, up to this day we couldn’t figure Out how to program our coach lights. A bit complicated even with the manual re the latitude and longitude thing. The loan processors Dan Murphy and Patricia were on top of things. Justin Grasmick was very responsive and quick to solve our issues. We have a few issues here and there… but what surprised us , why won’t people do things right the first time ( carpets were not fully stretched and tucked just to name a few) I understand we are on a time crunch esp during these covid times but that doesn’t mean we cut corners. I wish I could give a “ 10” as coached by some of the agents, but surveys are completed with transparency so that things will be fixed! I do not thrive on giving 5 or 10 stars knowing at the back of my Mind it was not. We still have a few things that needed to fixed here and there…. And I hope the same responsiveness will continue regardless of this review. There is always room for improvement. I just wanted to mention, in the past the builder would leave a small pint of paint to retouch just in case the paint was chipped during moving in, caulk to retouch or so, we have not seen that this time… thus for every little thing we call. It bothers me to see even little flaws as The idea that we bought a new house , there should be no flaws. I might be wrong but that’s my opinion. Thank you. ... More

To0ok 10 months! constantly changing dates of when it would be finished. We wish they would pay more attention to details.

Working with Chase was a great experience. He made sure any issues were taken care of promptly and was on top of things

I’m still waiting for my windows to be fixed. But so far so great

They did a good job considering the current challenges of the market. It had some bumps in the way but overall I am happy and feel like I got a great house.

Happy with my home. I wish I spoke up for myself during our final walk thru because there were several things that I did not approve of about my new home, but did not want to wait any longer to move in because it was delayed a few months due to covid. Overall I am happy and they are willing to work with me and my needs for the home

Everything went well with the purchase of the home. Javier helped out a lot and was always attentive with any issues that occurred.

Despite the supply chain issues, the house is very nice and worth waiting for.
