Leslie was very professional and communicated well with me. Christian and Marley also were helpful during my way through. Again…I was living in AZ during my build. I am currently still living in AZ, so I cannot comment on anything in the house at this time. One issue I was disappointed in was a day or two after I closed on my house I noticed an ant problem in my garage. I contacted KB, but no one would respond to my issue, except to tell me to spray for them.

Josh made the loan side of buying a house a breeze! He checked in on us weekly and was always ensuring all of our questions were answered. He even continued to check in on us well after moving in. We have been waiting on a few final touch ups for the house and Josh even reached out recently and offered to help see to those getting done.

I love my home. I wish there were more focus put on ensuring the quality of workmanship from start to finish and the presentation and cleanliness. Other than that, everyone was attentive and helpful to my concerns during the build process. I suggest improving customer service response time during the 30-90 days after move-in as this a critical time for the homeowners as they discover their new home and much of the information provided to them initially were more likely lost or forgotten. Mortgage team was extremely diligent and worked with me to get everything I needed. Project manager was also great. Sales team added unnecessary pressure when I was in the middle of selling my other property but I am very happy with my new house.

We are satisfied costumers right now.

The sales rep, design studio and customer service rep were nice and helpful.

Realty and build staff are top notch! Sophia, Juan and Dennis were great! Only issue in the entire home buying process was caused by SC Edison’s inability to meet deadlines for meter install and home energize, which delayed closing by 2 months

KBhome can build your dream home even not the top builder but they can do their best. They may improve the service that make you feel your spending value forever. Their finance advisor is excellent.

We had a good experience with KB homes You get a nice home for the money spent and the KB team members are very attentive and supportive.

Home buying and sales office experience great. Seemed like they had a floor plan for any situation. Walkthrough/closing/key handover process is a bit confusing and not cool device to homebuyer. Blue tape from walkthrough removed even though items weren’t fixed.

Good customer service and professional

We recently bought a home in a new KB Home community. We had never bought new construction before and it was an experience. We were downsizing and the process took much longer than expected as new wells had to be dug, approved and put on line. The design studio experience was enjoyable, picking our fixtures, cabinets, countertops, hardware, etc. gave us some choices to customize our home. The different staff members we dealt with were mostly attentive to our needs. There were many minor things that needed attention, but I guess that happens with new construction. The entire buying process was good. For the amount and quality of the home was fair. Response to any questions was added immediately.

The beginning stages of the process were fine. The building process was a nightmare due mainly to well issues. We love our home though!

This was my first time buying a house and there were great moments and not so great moments. Adrian, the construction manager was AWESOME and Exceptionally thorough!! His work ethic is top tier! Overall, communication and clarity about what to expect and the process, specifically the closing process, could improve.

The home was ready on time as promised

I am pleased with their after sales customer service but not too much with the sales agent. She was a little inexperienced and unprofessional from time to time.

The overall buying experience was good, sales, loan agents are amazing but the customer service doesn'y respond well amd at times are agressive when can't find their own community in their list to initiate a service request. Quote unquote by service guys 'Know your community name first and then call for service request' I am very well aware of my communuty name I am a new home owner. They cant find their own builder's community and be very rude.

Overall, we had a decent experience. My husband is a contractor and can confirm the majority of the workmanship and materials is excellent. We did experience issues with shortcuts being taken on finish work and it is my advice to be VERY involved, take LOTS of pictures and communicate concerns in writing the minute they occur. I do wish we had insisted on power to the home for the final walk through - we could have avoided things like appliances not working correctly and outlets that were not connected. The design studio is fabulous! BUT - know your prices - there are things they offer (e.g. front door lock upgrades) that are inflated 300% - those things you can save $ and do yourself. Also - read everything - and I mean everything very carefully - we had to send back our design plan 4 times for corrections. The communication of the entire team - ALL people we interacted with throughout the buuying process was stellar! The sales team, job supt., finance dept, etc. all made sure we knew what to do. The fact is - with a new build there WILL be issues - count on it and know this. The key is to stay on top of post closing communication. I have learned that clear, kind and consistent communication and accountability helps get issues resolved. I do wish they were available for warranty work on weekends - we have had to miss a ton of work to deal with post closing issues. Plan accordingly. Overall - we would definitely work with KB homes again - I have family and friends who also had very good situations and experiences. We bought this house between Nov 4th and Dec 14th. Fast and easy! I am very comfortable here and looking forward to many years more in it. Trey and Chad and the local team have been great.

We had a good experience with KB. It was a learning experience as we had never built or bought a home previously. Everyone we dealt with was very responsive to our questions and answered in a timely manner

As my sales consultant John was always available and worked to find answers for the few questions he didn’t have answers for initially. He contacted me weekly with updates. Eric, the construction supervisor also contacted me weekly with updates and to review structural and mechanical amenities. All employees were always on time and very professional. Bret, my loan officer was also always available and extremely helpful . The follow up and detail in this company is amazing. Through each phase of construction I met new people. As the phases evolved the original people stayed with me answering all questions. By the end of construction my KB team included included 7-8 people. Someone always provided information I needed ... I'm very happy with the house however after living there for a month we've got some issues with house. Heating is not working, nails protruding on the carpet and problem with bathroom door
