Since the first day the experience of buying our new home from KB Homes in Sunset Hills, everything has been very smooth, relaxing and pure satizfaction. This people really know what they are doing

Really impress with the quality of the house and overall staff. Responsive to questions and concerns. They are understanding and always willing to help us with our new home. I would highly recommend buying KB Homes as they are great homes with great staffs.

The process ran fairly smoothly all around. The different teams were responsive and answered all questions we had thoroughly. The communication was freely given and timelines were pretty spot on. There weren't any major delays or issues.

He is honest, friendly, and makes you feel like you are "his only client". He responds to questions and needs in a very timely manner--and does not make you feel like you're bothering him or that you're an idiot. I enjoyed working with him. It was a great experience.

Easy and excellent experience when buying a home.

The entire process was smooth and everyone was really nice.

Fair and trying hard to get work completed or repaired, He is working with all kinds of subcontractors that may or may not do quality work and he does address it. These things are being corrected as promised.

They were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs and requests.

Even though our process was much longer than normal due to COVID and furloughs, our sales team was amazing at checking in weekly (especially during the period I was out of work). KB canceled our contract but honored the prices when I went back to work. Not something they had to do, and it showed me they cared about us. Throughout the process everyone was prompt at responding to questions or any issues we may have had. I couldn’t imagine doing this process without the great people at KB.

I was really impressed with the fact that even after closing escrow I continue to get follow-up calls from KB personnel and if there were any requirements that I felt needed attention and quickly addressed.

I really like the super structure construction in case of hurricanes. I also like the energy star rating. The attention to finishing details was better than average.

At this stuff KB homes sales rep and team always kept me posted on the stage of my house. I was appreciative of the constant interaction with the KB team. I would recommend this builder!

Very easy and straightforward process. you start with sales, lending, design studio and construction crew. Everything is laid out in a easy to follow process and timeline with someone always guiding you throughout the home buying and building journey
