My experience with this company was great, with any issue I had the response of their staff was amazing. Cristina was amazing always responded immediately and helped my family and it’s needs!

We’ve had a very positive experience with KB Home from our initial tour to the contract phase with KB Home Loans, to moving in and getting settled. The customer service reps who have helped us with some issues/repairs upon move-in have provided top-notch service and care; I can tell they enjoy their roles and care about their clients’ experiences. My husband and I are very happy here so far!

We had several issues throughout the process. Options(9ft ceilings oppose to 8ft, bathroom vanity) not communicated to us until we realized after the fact, told certain (major) things that turned out not to be true from Sales. Daniel was amazing. He was not only helpful but his overall attitude and approach were always very positive and kind. He absolutely went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. He’s the only reason I’ve given 5 stars. Sylvia jumped in and was a pleasure to work with as well. We do appreciate the willingness to correct or help where it was possible.

Excellent group of people! They want to see the buyer succeed in purchasing their dream home. KB stands by you in the ups and downs of selecting, purchasing, moving, and everything in between. After move in they follow up and respond to solve anything that needs to be followed up. Cannot say enough of how good they are!
