Great overall experience! We had 2 different superintendents during the build process, the first ended up leaving to a different community after the first month or so. Either way both GREAT at what they do! My main superintendent has been on top of everything even after the move in/ closing date! Very satisfied and it’s great to know that when I have a issue pop up little or big, he is always on it and there to help!

The whole process was way easier than I thought it was going to be.

Since starting the whole process everyone is not only friendly but takes care of whatever things are needed. The whole team fights for a perfect score and to make sure that any possible mistakes are corrected and that they earn your trust and approval. I’ve met few companies that are driven like the people that have built our home. We appreciate all that they have done!

I know the experience may differ from location to location, but based on my experience all of the personnel that I dealt with were kind, curious, professional, and knowledgeable in all areas that one would expect. They never hesitated to answer any questions even if it meant taking the time to research and find the answer. The quality of the home is amazing. They built a strong and beautiful house for our family.

1st, I myself build homes for a living, and I learned a lot from KB about great service! The communities are amazing, especially for the price. The build quality is great for the price point, and much better than other builders in this price range. With every week we become happier with our home and I want to thank KB for selling it to us, especially in this market (2021).
