The team here has been wonderful. Darin and Genesis have always responded quickly and appropriately. The on-site crews are courteous and respectful. My home is my dream. I appreciate all the help I have received in getting my home move in ready and the help I continue to receive after move in. I feel safe and happy in my new home. The super Intendants went out of their way s to make my dream home happen. Studio didn't offer some of the products I wanted for my home and different super intendants helped me find the products that studio did not have and make my dream home happen.

Chase was a fabulous sales rep. He answered texts and phone calls immediately. The loan team was also great, but the loan process is way too complex and redundant. Any issues spotted during the walk through and after move in were addresses immediately.

Very pleasant home buying experience. We found a home that fit our needs in a location we desired. KB staff were very professional and helpful with entire process.
