Overall I'm happy with the home and floor plans..If I had to gripe about anything I would say I'm a little disappointed with the small backyard and a small issues with the wiring of the house. (Cable and the internet) not really sure who the responsibility really falls on weather it's Cox or the home builder, because both are saying it's the other party and unfortunately I'm caught in the middle. Other than that I would still give the home builder a very high 8 for a respectable rate of 10.

As a first time home buyer, it was a great experience all around.

Choose wisely for any upgrade you want for your house because it makes a huge difference and money worth.

Everyone I’ve worked with has been incredibly nice. Unfortunately there was some sloppy work done in a few areas and I’m still waiting for an issue to be fixed almost two months after moving in.

Overall, it was a good experience. The sales team was great and kept us up to date on the progress of the house. The superintendent was also very helpful. The pricing on additions were sometimes way over priced and we opted to do it ourselves or pay someone for a fraction of the price. Some items appear to be bottom of the line and wish they were a little nicer. Overall, a decent experience but would definitely do things different.

We bought a new home with KB in April 2025. Our sales agents were helpful, we enjoyed the design process, and overall, the home has absolutely met our standards - we love living here, both in this community and this home. However - due to a truncated closing process and some misrepresentations during the process, we were not ultimately able to use our full incentive (despite this being a huge factor in deciding to purchase the home). While it is not singularly KB's fault, we did not feel they were responsive or fair in the handling of the issue (as the loan had already closed and the home was sold), and it resulted in us losing $800 (that ended up back with KB). This soured our experience, and is something I would have liked to hear about prior to our purchase. That is the only reason for the lower marks - the home itself, and the people we worked with throughout the process, were top tier, and we're excited to live here for a long time. ... More

It took some time for issues to be resolved after we got the keys. Luckily my issues were minor and were easily resolved once they got to it. The indoor paint is bad though. It easily gets dirty and when you clean it, it comes off. Jeez! Had I known beforehand I would have had the house repainted before I moved in. No major issues so far. Am I happy with my house? I would say yes. Oh, the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is big. It looks like the door is in mini skirts. LOL!

The process was great throughout the lending, choosing, and building process until the end. There was a great deal of push back from the sales rep Laura and superintendent Jason on my deserve to get and independent inspection done. After I understood why, as the house had a number of things wrong with it. I bought a new home so I wouldn’t have to worry about maintenance but the condition the house was in at the final walkthrough was not up to expectations

The mortgage center I believe is inefficient.,the loan process was very traumatic for me

I dealt mostly with Jeannette and Brooke. They both were diligent and helpful with all of my requests.

Was done sooner than we expected

The cabinets are really poor quality. I was very disappointed with my cabinet installation. The white countertops are also stained from construction materials, I've been trying to clean these stains for over a month and they're still there (circle suction cup marks, caulk residue, scratches from tools). It felt like the cabinets had already been used and all the screws in the doors are loose and about to fall out.

Seems like my house in a rush closing. Too Many things to fix after walkthrough.

The process during the home build was good, but once I closed there were plenty of exceptions that needed to be completed. Wished the home was more “move in ready” than what I walked into.

Saul is an outstanding salesperson. Noland was responsive to my concerns. Sean was excellent with my laon. I was not able to make one of my most important structural options changes due to timing, but some design center changes were facilitated. Home was not finished when my walkthrough was scheduled, so I could not do final inspection personally. Overall, staff made the experience easy for me.

KB home price is ok, house building not that good, because my house a lot cracked , but Charlie take care good, very good service, he is very friendly and wonderful!

The quality and workmanship building my home was rushed. There were so many cosmetic issues that needed to be cured after move in. The garage door button on the wall was not working due to electrical wiring issues. The first floor bath shower wall had deep scratches, and the ceramic sink had Grey spots embedded in the sink which was a defect. First floor front entrance door, the fire door to garage, and the first floor bath door needed adjustments,. The kitchen cabinet doors had gaps needed adjustments, and they forgot to install the bottom Molding to the cabinets. Missing closet Door handle Plates, the strike plate on the laundry door casing issue, and the White cap on the 2nd floor bedroom Closer door stopper for the bedroom closet door above the garage. First floor window latch was loose, large drywall cracks in my kitchen ceiling, and master bedroom ceiling from the air vent. Bedroom and bathroom door finish Was painted over due to scratches, and golf size dips in the wall. The builder warranty rep was quick to schedule dates and increments for vendors to come out to the house to cure the issues. Overall it’s a good home, and they were very responsive to my issues. ... We have a great experience and also the loan officer is great

The sales office and the studio office were great but the process after that not good at ALL, we still have lots of issues with the construction and materials. The finishing touches are still not good lots of mistakes not to count how many still not fix very disappointing this second time

I have had great experience with the sales staff. No complaints there. Quality of service by design studio staff and Quality of craftsmanship by all trades need improvement. There were many repairs that took long time to be addressed and still one issue that has not been addressed. This issue isn’t primarily with KB home but with Sub contractors and KBHOMES not having control over sub contractors it hires.

It’s too early to rate this home on some of the questions (thus 3 stars). The buying process was pretty smooth and the people who helped us, like Sherry, were awesome!!!

Salesman was awesome, he sent us weekly updates, even through shortages of supplies and labor. Time at the design of 2 hours too short, another hour would’ve been satisfactory. Loan process with KB loans was stressful. Final walk through was good, but a few issues that were addressed is still in the works. All in all, everyone was professional.

Check EVERYTHING on final walk-through. Do all the windows work? Does the doorbell work? Does the irrigation system work? If multi-level, how does the HVAC for each floor interact with the controllers? Reinspect after a couple of weeks.
