We are absolutely happy with the purchase of our home. We were able to pick out nearly everything we wanted and stayed within our budget. The KB Home staff was wonderful and proactively addressed any issues or concerns that came up along the process. We couldn't ask for anything more.

Everything went smoothly. Very pleased with every staff member we came in contact with.

If you buy you HAVE TO KNOW that their HOA Management company of choice is the worse company I have ever dealt with. You are stuck with them and KB can’t help in any way. It currently takes over a month to make any additions to your yard and home, even if it is safety relevant. The HOA Management company is a disaster for KB Homes after sales experience.

Pretty satisfied with the process. The construction managers are really good and attentive. Financials and tittle was very efficient.

John and Vivian were very responsive and helpful with the process.

The layout of the home is wonderful. Wide open space. The finish carpentry was sub-standard but Robert was on top of it and had the problems resolved. I wish there were more options at the design center for light fixtures.

It was a good experience

Work manager assigned to my building was not a great guy so they changed him to make my experience better.
