I’m very happy and very satisfied of my new home

Home was ready in the timeframe provided by sales representative, who also kept me updated with progress during building. Any issue after moving in was quickly addressed and resolved. We love our new home and the whole experience was professional and a pleasure!

We have a great experience with buying a KB home, special with sales and loan officer, they were super professional and proactive and guided us through our dream, don't have any major complaints about it, and have basically same small issues as everyone has when buy a new house built from somebody else, but in overall we are pretty much satisfied what we choose and that's most important! Family happy life happy! !

The team from Kathryn, Issac & Anthony are amazing. Issac is outstanding 100% committed to the customer. Issac’s dedication to our happiness & any concerns we have is met with such prompt attention we are blessed to have him as our construction manager.

From the first meeting to the last, the people were responsive, caring and problem solvers. The KB team is committed to making the building experience stress less.

KB employees are 10+ in communication, promptly and courteous always.

The entire KB team was very cooperative, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. A few glitches in getting in because of the Covid virus, but that is not the builders fault. Timeline to close was moved at least three times and that cost me additional monies ~ to store my furniture. That basically is my only issue. Some of which was not the builders fault. Any structure issue are being addressed - minor trim work is being fixed. The value and property are exceptional. One criticism I would list is that the landscaping is almost identical for each house in this phase of the Verona development. Placement of the trees, bushes, and other plantings should have been more of a variety to make the community unique. Other than that, I highly recommend KB builders. ... More

Stay on top of your house and issues will be extremely pleased in the end

I am disappointed in the ‘’ 1770 walking closet’’. Very bad design like the Kitchen pantry. There is hardly no room in the pantry and I live by myself. I can’t imagine how uncomfortable this will be for a family to deal with. All of these minor details creates a dissatisfaction with the house that I bought. It creates unnecessary hazzle that could be avoided. Homes come without gutters. I can’t believe you want to sell a house in that range of money without something that is crucial to have in a house.

Control from HOA is bad heads up

Friendly staff that is there for you when you need them. They were patient and explained everything. The only issue was with setting the closing date due to VA loan.

Sales staff great, thank you. Construction rushed, and it showed. Too busy trying to make EOY deadlines. Previous KB homeowner from New Construction, this one not up to same standard. Not talking about extras, just like basics, cabinet installation, chaulk, hanging doors. No attention to details or levels apparently from the crews to the supervisors. Dont get me wrong still a good home, just could have paid closer attention and had it done right first time.just slow down.

Brent is the Superintendent for KB Homes. He went above and beyond for us. We would buy another house from KB because of Brent.

The people we have worked with have been fantastic. The house was an inventory home, and will be more difficult to make for our lifestyle. Bathrooms without storage is something we haven’t seen. There are some details that need attention. But we have had nothing but great support from Karen and Brent. They are an asset to your company. I briefly spoke with Chris, our KB Home Warranty professional and look forward to talking to him again as time moves on. I called Whirlpool to schedule a repair but the wait time was 90 minutes last night (20 January at 6pm). That seems excessive

Home was built with affordability, smart home design. the only drawback as some members what the rating to be a PERFECT score but the house was near perfect but not ABSOLUTE perfection.

Very helpful until you close. Then they ghost you

Super intendent was amazing! They have great customer service after you close.

House wasn’t completely finished when we moved in and it’s been 7weeks now and we are still waiting for things to be finished. We love our house just wish they would have completed the job prior to us moving in.

Great price home was build during pandemic but still was done right

Numerous drainage issues in front and side yards and am tired of the same old answer of this is Florida and if water standing more than 48 hours it is ok. Part of front yard and sides are a constant mud pit.

expected better finish than delivered. Ok, but not great. small things not up to par. Need someone on site before closing to review the complete structure for finish - paint, flooring, install etc. House was not up to standards or readiness and cleanliness. Jess saved the day at closing.

Overall a very nice house, but some subcontractors need more oversight. For example, I have five rooms wired for ceiling fans and every room is wired differently, so have to remember what switch does what. Some windows don't close far enough for the window lock to fully engage. Windows are low-E but provide almost no sound insulation.

Fit and finish is NEVER perfect, and I understand that, However follow up and follow through. Too many emails never responded to and once we do get someone to respond, very defensive in nature. Not asking for perfection, just understanding. Simplest step KB could do is to simple say, "I hear your concern and here are the options . . ." In stead of, "well that is the subcontractor, or that is construction, or that is sales . . . " Overall I am satisfied with the house, however not the follow through.
