Overall, the home buying process was seamless. The KB home team was very professional and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I have encountered some minor issues where some has been addressed due to contractor errors. There are some that I have encountered and are awaiting resolution. In comparison to some of the horror stories that I have heard I am thankful for only minor problems. I do get a third party inspection and will get another closer to my one year mark.

Our build was set to be completed basically the date of KB Homes fiscal year, so they rushed to complete to get their numbers. A lot of the quality in the home is honestly rather subpar and shouldn't have been allowed. For instance, our door handle is crooked and missing screws, one of our doors is missing a hinge pin, our windows are installed weird, a couple of our pieces of drywall seem angled. KB Homes did a generally fine job, but there is definitely evidence that they were severely rushing the job.

Check out appliances to make sure they work.

The overall experience is good. Finance department felt shady. Upgrades were extremely costly. Real Estate agents were genuine. Second foreman was genuine and talented. First foreman was terrible. The subcontractors were hit or miss. The laborers need training. I can still see the seems on the ceiling through the knockdown, random patches and uneven corners that you don't notice in a walk through because the bigger things catch your eye. We recently built and purchased our first KB Home and we love our new home! However there is some room for improvement with the home building communication process and the craftsmanship of the home. Our Superintendent has helped us a lot and his name is Wilfred. We look forward to seeing some future improvements as we're going to be building a second home for a family member in our same community in the upcoming weeks.

Our experience with KB homes, for the most part, was pretty seamless. From the sales office to the construction to the loan department, we had no issues with communication and responsiveness. We had a few post-build electrical and installation issues arise, but our builder, Ray, was extremely helpful with obtaining resolutions effectively and efficiently. We are thankful that both him, and Isabeau, were able to resolve any issues, questions and concerns that have come up since.

I love the new house but I have to tell that my walls material are not a good quality, also I think that the streets at this neighborhood are too narrow, and finally the room closets are too small.

We never have a experience like buying a house before and they make the process goes smooth and easier, you call them for anything and they will answer quickly

We love our home, KB staff was and still are greatly helpfull, they are always a call away and responsive. The 3 most important staff where: Patty H. who helpd us make good decisions (we had no experience with home buys), Johnny D. made sure we were happy with our purchase and Alexis is making sure we stay happy. Overall I think KB has provided us with a home we will cherish fore years to come
