I can't say enough about my new KB Townhome. It's centrally located, offers a beautiful design aesthetic and thrilled that my equity is growing!! KB staff are excellent, friendly and down to earth.

I highly recommend KB Homes to anyone considering purchasing a home. Naz and Brian were our 2 main contacts and they both did a great job getting us in the house built to our specifications on time as promised.

Love the space and design of my home

Long story short, the KBHomes staff were really great on every section of the buying purpose.

Had a great experience, professional, responsive, we had a few minor issues after we moved in, but we made the Superintendent Tyler aware, he personally visited our home and took care of it. It’s all resolved now. I would recommend KBHomes

Very timely. The KB design center was excellent. Building superintendent was excellent.

Everything went well with a few hiccups along the way. We are settling in and getting the hiccups worked out. Still need a few things done. Very disappointed in the landscaping. Small ailing plants. Definitely C grade. A lot of dead grass. They came back and took out a lot of it but simply didn’t finish. Now we have several large areas with no grass. I will call super about it soon.

The KB home I purchased was found by my broker after two weeks of searching for a home, and I was concerned that I wouldn't find the right home for my family. But once we were shown our home, I was ready to buy it. It was beautiful, well-presented, and the sales staff was excellent. I had a water leak after moving in that caused some damage, but KB was fast and helpful as they took care of everything and made it even better than it was before. I highly recommend KB as your builder.

The sales staff and mortgage team CP and Cindy were awesome! Johnathan the construction super was very attentive and fast in responding. I have no issues with the Magnolia Grove jax KB team. I would say my issue is with the quality of the sheet rock and flooring construction sub contractors . They did not pay attention to details. Be sure to watch their work. Be sure that floors, walls, and windows are level and square- as ours was not. We have crooked and uneven walls windows floors and ceiling. Apart from the cosmetics, the house seems to be sturdy. The exterior looks perfect. I cannot complain about the design or construction of the outside. The only reason I gave 4 stars to responsiveness is because I used the KB 800 number to resolve warranty issues. They are pretty much useless. The KB construction super (Johnathan) deserves 10 stars for his fast response being to sole person responsible for rectifying our issues. The KB team we worked with were and are 100% trust worthy. The construction was good, the house looks great. Some very small details needed to be fixed but they are working on it... Everything good.

Great job by KB Homes. We’ve built several homes in the past, and this was by far the easiest transaction ever

Home layout is great and just the right size. Neighborhood is small and quiet. Rob was a fantastic salesman to work with. Extremely helpful in finding funding and working through issues. Logan and Tyler have been great supers to respond to questions and issues.

We have been in our KB home for a little over 1 month. So far, we are very happy here.

The quality of the products and the work is excellent.

My wife and I are very pleased with our expectations as to what we received. The people that helped us went above and beyond, I really only have great things to say about the people, and that helped us tremendously as this was our first home buying experience.

It would be nice to have a club house.

Great neighborhood. No complaints

We love the Covington floor plan! The kitchen has tons of cabinets and the island is huge. The combined family/dining/kitchen room is huge, yet very cozy. The master bedroom is cozy yet holds our king bed and three large pieces of furniture with ease. And the master closet is basically the size of a small bedroom. KB landscaped nicely and our driveway holds four cars easily, unlike all the others we looked at. Overall, very pleased!

So pleased, comfortable & blessed to have our own stand alone home with garage after years of living in army quarters. Nicest, reliable people to work with - we are really home sweet home!!

Ask questions even the ones you think are common sense, because when I finally moved in I was shocked that stuff I thought was common and found in almost every apartment was not available. I still haven't unpacked my bathroom because I don't have any where to put my stuff because nobody advised to upgrade to cupboards with drawers. Very frustrating.

My wife and I love our new home and the location. Our salesman was wonderful, he took the time to explain everything that would be happening..guesstimating on the timeline of how fast/slow things would happen. He answered all of our questions. Our first walk thru on the house went well and what we found wrong wasn't that bad. The disappointment has been getting the problems taken care of that were pointed out prior to our move in.
