Bad sales people, unfair sales experience, poor quality, poor service, worst new home buying experience ever.

The sales people used high pressure tactics and misled us during the purchasing process. They did not communicate with the lender or the design center. We had to check that everything we paid for was installed. We paid for higher end cabinets and they were not even installed correctly. They came with lots of damages, they are still not fixed even though the house has closed for 3 months. This was not our first time buying a new home, but it was the worst new home buying experience. It definitely did not feel like we were purchasing a home that cost more than a million dollars. We would never ...

This company is manned by inept people who does not car about quality of service they provide. They are very unwilling to follow up on issues after closing.
