I’m still waiting for my windows to be fixed. But so far so great

There is a lack of supervision after every contractor is done with their job. KBH trusts that every contractor would self-supervise. KBH needs to apply healthy skepticism to the contractors since it is KBH who would ultimately be liable if corners were cut during the construction of the home.

If there was an issue customer service took care of it no questions asked. This is the kind of service that makes people happy and be stress free. Jody and Rick took care of any issues that came up.

Great communication with sales, builder/Superintendent and staff.

Unfortunately our home was built during COVID so lots of additional delays. We love our home though!

We had a really good experience with KB. They were really nice to work with. And we do love our home. If we could change anything we would have liked to have more "nicer" upgraded options available and have a couple of more upgraded design options such as - interior wall insulation, customized interior wood work like crown molding, shiplap, cabinetry, etc. But overall we had a great experience and everyone we worked with was super helpful and friendly.

Great experience with builder. Other staff within KB (e.g., Mortgage Loan Originator) could have been more attentive and understanding.

Beautiful floor plan and great price

Building a home is never perfect. The difference with KB is they will have the vendor return to make corrections to cabinets, paint, plants, etc... We bought everything from KB from fixtures to washer and dryer to air purification system.

COVID put all timelines behind but we are very happy with our choice to buy from KB.

Ask questions, visit site often.

All in all pleased with our home. We did have some issues come up, but that’s the case with any house. They have been good to respond when we send a request.

Overall experience was great. Only issue we had was the updates on when construction would be done, dates kept getting pushed last second, and communication wasn’t as transparent. However, the responsiveness of problems in the house is very good, and issues are fixed within days.

The total experience was pretty easy for a new build. This is the best investment we've ever done. To build from the ground up was an amazing experience. The most fun part of the build was creating our home, from the floor, fixtures, layout, wiring. It took longer than expected but thats because of the Pandemic. Over all, we would do this build to order again. Thank you KB for creating our dreams on paper come to life.

Set up of house to my liking of the way i want to live. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to many department stores and the like. I have no regrets on my decision to buy the property.

The number of defects/issues we had was fairly high, but the response to fixing them made up for it in our eyes.

As a first time home buyer, I wish I would have been paired with a loan officer that was better at explaining the process and more communicative, but other than that I had a great experience with my build. (The loan officer wasn't terrible, I just needed more hand holding since I had never been through the process before.) The design center was fabulous and my consultant helped me truly design my dream home.

Overall a great experience with KB Home. The final fit and finish had some issues but it’s expected when they’re building so many houses at one time. Good thing is that our superintendent and customer service reps were there to take care of any issues we had, and I’m more than happy with the outcome. Thank you!

Most issues resolved quickly.

The entire KB Team is quick to respond to any questions or needs. I have no complaints other than having to do a lot of concrete work and landscaping after the purchase.

Sales/office staff were responsive and professional. There were a few hiccups that needed to be negotiated along the way, though this is probably typical of any homebuying experience.

The experience of purchasing my first home was a lot of stress to be honest. I thought KB did a good job on answering my questions. At first I had trouble getting in contact with My First loan officer. I had plenty of question right after going forward to build a home with KB. Later down the road I was assigned a different person to help with my question and loan they did an amazing job. Overall I’m pretty happy with My home.
