My husband and I had a great experience with KB Home orchard terrace. Susana was extremely helpful and always updated us on anything we needed to know. Kb home was very professional and it made our experience priceless on the purchase of our new home.

Overall, everyone was great. We really enjoyed working with Melva, Phola and Lizette.

Everyone from Sales, Melva to loan process with Phala and Studio, to construction and Danny's team were amazing, responsive and knowledgeable.

Kb home team are the best team ever if you are looking to buy a new home. Sales team is Excellent with customer oriented and reliable service. Quality workmanship by the construction crew with professional advice and good support in addressing problems and issues. Best Builder in Town.

Great experience only issue is I still do not know who Solar Company is and how to get the service started due to original Solar Company going out of business. I have gone online and called the Solar Company that was referred to me with no response. I would like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.

Home buying part was great very knowledgeable and communicative sales ladies We weren't able to choose the options for the house because it was almost completely built when we decided to purchase. We don't like The materials for (counter tops) the kitchen and bathroom I would have never chosen not durable for heavy use. Not enough windows in the house, rooms are very dark not enough natural light comes in, no outlets to install room fans, it would be very expensive to add fans to any rooms.

Our entire team from KB homes that we dealt with, including Dawn, Richard, Phillip and Ruben were amazing. They made the process very easy and communicated very well. They ensured our home was done to our liking.

I love my house, and KB has been great at fixing any issues that arise

The sale rep Donna was really helpful and we can’t thank her enough. She kept encouraging and worked with us to the end and we are so happy we were able to get this home. Thanks to the builder too for their support as well with several price deductions to match up with the sale of our condo in order to be able to buy the new home

Working with KB Homes has been great, every step of the process has been made easier by helpful and knowledgeable staff in the Sales Office, the Design Center, and in the field. Some quality issues have shown up after move-in but the KB Team has continued their effort to get all the issues fixed as soon as they, or their contractors, can.

The house is amazing, there are a few things to be fix but the crews fix them asap.

The administrative side of things (studio visit and sales agents) we're great. Couldn't ask for an easier experience! Sales agents and our loan officer were absolutely FANTASTIC. KB is a reputable company but I was disappointed in the quality of the home. The longer we're here, the more we see paint that doesn't match, drywall repairs that were never fully repaired, and walls or base that isn't/aren't straight. Paint isn't a huge issue...I have almost ten years of experience in the paint world that I can fix these issues myself, they're just cumbersome. The nails and trash in our backyard, I'll never understand. We had to pick them all up ourselves and luckily we didn't step on one. They were EVERYWHERE as if workers threw them carelessly. I will say, when our hood was collapsing over our stove, someone fixed it right away. The super and all those working for KB have been great. I can't stress that enough. I understand these homes are built fast and efficiently, but I guess we were just expecting better quality. The shower rod that was placed in the guest bath wasn't actually on properly and was missing hardware. We purchased a new one ourselves. Overall, we're happy to just own a home in California. Buying a home with KB was a great experience. I was able to pick my house they way I wanted it, and our lot size is amazing. A little slow on fixing things that needed to be fixed but other than that it’s been great!!

I think all teams productivity and the ability to meet deadlines was excellent! My overall experience through the whole process was great. Chris and his team they went above my expectations, based on each team performance. We definitely would recommend KBhomes for all first time homebuyer.

The Sales personnel are very knowledgeable and professional, if you want a good quality home you have to pay for it, you don't get what you used to anymore, examples are bathroom medicine cabinet, extra or not included, driveway garage outdoor lights not included, lots are small, lot premiums are expensive, a lot of the neighbors don't keep up their yards,

Process was smooth and easy. Staff were amazing. Actual home attention to detail is not great. Carpet falling apart, bunching, and can feel nails on stairs and transition areas. Wood outside cracked, splintering, incorrect dimensions cut. Sharpie marks still on windows exposed cables wood pieces in cement

Last details on the house look the they finished in a rush there is a lot gaps, cracks and the outlets start falling apart.

They were real helpful in understanding our needs.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience. This was not my fist KB home and we would absolutely recommend KB to potential home buyers. There were a few discrepancies with the build, but when conducting the walk-through, the builder recognized the mistakes and immediately corrected them. We felt included throughout the build process and reassured everything would be the way we designed.

KB loan rates are very high. Great customer service from buying and after moving in.
