Excellent customer services over all, Especially finance and warranty department. Quick response for any questions. Good follow up even after the closing. They just need to improve the quality of the contractors and cleaners.

Our new home had some issues that needed to be fixed and still a few things we noticed after our 10 day inspection period but what we did notice during the 10 days was promply fixed. The house overall is just as beautiful as ee imagined and we are very happy with it!

This was my first time purchasing in Arizona and buying a home from KB. This particular home was a spec home so I didn’t go through and experience the full building process. I can say that the representatives and builder superintendent have been extremely responsive. Since we’ve just been in home 2 months, we are still going through the house and finding small things to fix or improve upon. Some may be location specific to AZ climate as we are from the Midwest. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

We are loving our new home. With any new build there are minor issues however everyone has been helpful and responsive when getting things fixed promptly

Take lots of pictures of the inside and outside. This is the most amazing experience I’ve had, during this 6 month build. It’s worth the wait to have a brand new home!

The house was done within the timeframe as expected. There were minimal issues with the home and all/most were fixed. If they weren’t I had contacted the office and vendors were scheduled to come out to fix those issues.

All the staff has very responsive to any questions we have had.

We love our new home. KB Homes and the building team did a great job for us. Jacquie and Chris bring value to the whole process!

Best experience I’ve ever had

We're still familiarizing ourselves with everything in our home. We only have an issue with towel bars and grab bars in the shower. Very cheaply made and grab bars are tarnished already. Originally we didn't want them installed so we could purchase our own. They insisted on installing them. When we have nice Moen faucets with a lifetime guarantee on the finish, why cheap out on the accessories. That said, it's somewhat of a minor thing and we are very happy with our home.

All in all very happy with home.. As we get more organized in the home we have details that we come across that needs to be address. I feel that when we call my husband and I get the “we should have know about this soo et”. It’s hard moving into a home and trying to see what need to be addressed all at once doesn t always happen.. In addition, the items that need to be address always takes up to three weeks for someone to fix it.. Feels very unorganized and we had to reach out FYI complete our 10 and 30 day where I feel that KB home should have some accountability to notify us.. very frustrating when you see the Supervisors sitting in the car watching the other houses being built... ...
