We are very happy in our new home. We made the right decision to buy here

Carlos was extremely helpful and informative for pre closing and even after The house closing staff was helpful and accommodating Even in switching our closing from in person to online and still making sure we had the keys (although only the master key worked properly- not a big deal we just made our own) everyone was professional I do wish they had concentrated on the old lake Wilson road entrance which still does not work fully over 3 months after we closed; I feel for those who closed even earlier Still I would heartily recommend khovnanium builders to all And have already done so twice ... Helpful staff, options could be improved.

Fred, Rick, Tom and Ryan are all great.

The experience was smooth and easy.

KHov responded first thing Monday after a weekend notification that our fascia trim had come off during a storm. Workers came out the same week to replace the missing pieces. Only concern was that it was not correctly installed in the first place.

Fixed right the First time -fast response-good communication

The Hovnanian team was great to work with all around!

We enjoyed the friendly sales staff, Barbera Wagner, she was very helpful in providing available lot information. Tom, was thorough during our walkthrough education and provided service after our closing

All the above staff where amazing and did what needed to be done to get us into our home in a timely matter

Our experience with both our sales representative (Liz) and construction manager (Stefane) made this home building experience a good one. To the extent that we had construction issues, these two individuals helped us address and remediate them.

Very much enjoying our new home and the amenities.

George was incredibly helpful during the purchasing process of my condominium. He was always available to answer questions and responded immediately to any concerns. I loved that he continued to follow up with me even after the sale of the condo. He is an asset to KHOV!! Dylan the maintenance manager responds right away to any maintenance issues. He is incredibly courteous and prompt. He is never ever annoyed when I email or have him address a problem.

Tim has the buyers interests in mind going through the entire buying process. After the purchase, Tim made himself assessable addressing all issues during the building process and that occurred after the purchase. Future home buyers will be in very good hands having Tim as their builder.

The condo is everything I thought it would be and I love it.

I had a wonderful experience with the purchase of my home, they did a thorough walk through found a couple of minor issues that were immediately taken care of. I also appreciated the follow up visits to make sure everything was good! When I had a question and made a phone call I got an immediate response and really appreciated it!

Sales consultant was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and customer-focused.

My experience was pretty good. Being the first time purchasing a home to be built was pretty daunting but our sales person helped us very much. My biggest problem was that when viewing the model homes, it wasn’t made clear that almost everything I saw were upgrades and some touches weren’t available at the meeting where you picked finishes, etc. Tile in the shower was shown up to the ceiling with a border, but the borders shown weren’t offered and tile only went to the top of the shower door. Overall, I am happy with my home so far. The few problems we’ve had have been remedied quickly through our general contractors who are wonderful. ... More

It was a great experience with the journey of first time home buying process. Helpful land knowledgeable selling group made our journey quite easy and memorable. Thank you khovnanian family.

I bought in the time of covid, so everything was delayed. Not to blame anyone. In general everybody was very helpful and nice

We did not have major issues when we moved in. We met once a week with the PM and were able to review check the constr as it progressed Closing had some bumps. It seemed like communi issues related to the wording to appear on the title

The buying experience was great. We were kept informed of the building progress every step of the way. There were some issues after we moved in, but they are being worked on. Yes, we would buy from KHovnanian again.
