We’ve had quite a few issues to resolve with the warranty coverage and it’s been a little difficult to get someone out at a reasonable time of the day. There’s been numerous occasions that my wife or I take off work and the individual has not arrived in the scheduled window time frame.

Very pleased with the sales representative, so professional, kind and friendly, we loved the way they treated us, and helped us.

Lacey was absolutely awesome. She made my home purchasing experience very easy. Especially, since I was moving from another city and things were sight unseen. I had to rely on her for everything. I love my new home and couldn't be happier. I would definitely purchase another K. Hovnanian home.

Every single person that I had contact with from K.Hov went above and beyond. My overall experience was excellent. Dave H. Sales Manager at Autumn Ridge was so amazing he answered all of my questions, was incredibly responsive and just went above and beyond. Jamie and Michele my mortgage broker and loan processor walked me through the entire qualifying process. They were so helpful! Colin the builder was great to work with, he was so accommodating with adjustments needed. He was very responsive and even recommended a landscaper! It was my first home the process went fairly smooth. There was a few bumps in the road and getting it resolved was a bit of a hassle. But overall happy with the new home.

Every person that we dealt with from the onsite sales team to the Construction Superintendent was a joy to work with.

Buying/closing experience went well. Builder was clearly rushed to deliver home. Items found after closing should have been addressed prior to settlement. Work towards the end was sloppy in places.

Great experience with buying our first home. The ladies in the office, Alissa and Eva, were awesome! Always ready to help or answer our questions. They kept us up-to-date on the progress of the house throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend a KHovanian house to anyone.

The fiance department was not great experience infact it was awful. However Allison the sales rep and her partner were absolutely amazing and helped us get everything we needed and were able to clear cut answers. I would absolutely go through her again.

Be sure to take your time at the selection center even if it means going there a couple of times.

Brandon and Chris have been great. I knew I wanted the house house they helped make it happen. The few small things that have come up they have been responsive too. I'm please to have built with KHov, and as a Realtor will continue to send my clients that way.

The experience with the mortgage team was exceptional.

Overall the experience was great. Diana, Brett, Josh and the entire crew were great to work with. Wish the craftsmen could have spent a little more time on the details i.e. ( misaligned showerhead in the masterbath, drips on the kitchen cabinet doors and a partially dead tree in the front yard) however they responded and resolved most things when requested in a speedy manner. For that, we are extremely happy with our new KHovnanian home.

Overall enjoyed our home buying experience.

Every thing is good, Only concern is no bus stops near by to nee York city.
