I’d recommend them to prospective homebuyers.

Keith and Adam did a great job building our home. The things we were dissatisfied with was the variety of selections available to us and the explanation of structural add-ons.

Our sales rep Bina was Amazing and was in constant contact with us every step of the process. She made sure all of our needs were taken care of. She was the highlight of our entire home buying experience! Also, our building manager James made our experience throughout the process very easy and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish.

The home buying process with K. Hovnanian was a great experience from start to finish. The best part about the process was receiving those weekly email updates about every step that was going on with your home, this was definitely a plus especially if you couldn’t be there to see the process.

Good experience overall. The staff were wonderful. There were minor defects in the workmanship we only found after closing. Before that, closing did seem kind of rushed. Nobody is perfect. But we are happy with the home and staff.

Samuel was very responsive and attentive to requests although some contractors did not do a good job like the vinyl upgraded floor. Samuel and Adrian did a great job overall. We closed on November 30,2021 under pressure from Manager Mike that told vinyl floor contractor not to fix the whole floor properly as there was no time or spare materials to fix it on time and they did not want to delay the closing a few days. I consider that not a good practice as now we moved in and need to let the contractor come and fix the floor while we live in the home. I would recommend that Mike does not pressure clients to close on the home when the floor is not ready or fixed properly just to close. KHOV had 8 months to build the house including the floor and everything was ready except the floor. We sent emails and reported the issue since the day we saw the floor problems (two weeks before closing and this was never resolved properly before closing. We were under the impression the vinyl flooring was going to be snap and lock boards with vinyl but instead it is the cheap thin version that you glue to the floor. ... More

I have worked with this home builder in Florida, and they are very personable and very courteous. Great team.

My experience with KHovnanian builder was spectacular. Staff and managers are so helpful when it comes to status update of your house. Even before and after you close your house. They are still there to help you with anything that you request.

I like this house as location wise

We are ecstatic to live in our beautiful new home and our entire experience with KHov was positive.

Samantha and Michael were great to deal with, always prompt to respond and willingness to help. In the home stretch both Estevan and and Angel coordinated well to ensure any issues with the construction of the house and outstanding items were fixed. Overall a great experience.

I am thrilled to say so far I am happy from the overall process, the sales agent, and the construction managers are super great and helpful though with morgage officer initially has some issues but later she switch to be helpful. The material is great but only paint has some issues it soon change with touching hand or if you do touch paint the color is change and few construction standards could have been an option in baths. Anyhow overall happy besides the paint and I like the way the Construction manager is helpful!

The sales and construction management staff here at Galloway Ridge have been great, They have kept me updated throughout the building process and very responsive to issues. After move in, the staff has been responsive to lining up repairs. I would have to say the KHOV team in Galloway Ridge is top notch. After completion of all homes, this development here in Cave Creek, will be a place others will want to live!

Truly happy with the overall experience from start to finish. Made adjustments for me when asked, and was attentive to my needs.

The construction rep, and sales agents were great. The construction rep in particular was excellent. He maintained communication and was trustworthy and friendly in addressing the few minor issues I had. I appreciate that this builder keeps the area clean during on-going construction and is considerate of those who are actively living in the community while it is being built.

Was looking for a new 55+ community and Scottsdale Heights checked all the boxes. Beautiful and excellent location in beautiful homes!

Hovnanian sales and build team were knowledgeable, helpful and timely with thorough responses. The workmanship lacked quality control resulting in far too much rework. The schedule seemed aggressive exacerbating the workmanship issues and leaving too many punch list items after moving in. The warranty and build team were responsive to the issues somewhat mitigating the frustration.

Very nice open concept. But can do a better job and the outside look.

Everyone was very helpful throughout the process and handled all our questions and issues promptly.

Building shortages caused us to change a few things but overall the house was completed and we love it! Few thing here and there but the warranty department has been on top of it.

I contacted the warranty team and was told I would receive a follow up call to coordinate a claim repair and here we are two weeks later and......nothing
