it was very pleasant experience working with you guys

Noise from vehicles on I-30 is disturbing day & night. The materials used for windows and doors are not fully soundproof.

It really was a nice and easy process from start to finish. Everyone I've had dealings with were very professional and easy to work with. I really would love to give a 5 star review, but the final finish at the very end of the purchase falls short. I bought my home after two of my daughter's bought K Hov homes in the area. We all have the same complaints. The quality of the painter and drywall final finish is poor. They come back after your walk through and they determine whether, or not, what you have marked as unacceptable is worthy of them repairing it. It's really unfortunate to have such a good experience end with imperfections in the drywall and sloppy paint work that you get look at everyday. The K Hov employees explained that it is the contractors discretion if the quality meets "industry" standards. Seems to me that the contractors should meet K Hov's, and the customer's, standards/expectations. When touch up paint was requested so I could fix some of it myself I was denied. ... More

Lacey S. has been instrumental in helping us in our home buying experience with KHovnanian Homes since Day 1. Argelio M. has diligently updated us on the progress/lack of of progress every week. Both of them is the reason why we stuck it out even though we had major delay on our bricks for 5 months and almost walk away from the contract. Lacey and Argelio are responsive with our questions and we had a lot of them. Even we were upset with the bricks delay, both of them are very thoughtful and super professional in how they could best support us through the delays. They are always very kind and generous with their time to check in even after we closed for follow up items. It was great experience from beginning to end. It would have been nice to include a few more items in the standard pricing.

Overall smooth experience were kept well informed of progress.

Overall the experience buying a home was great with KHOV. We've been living here for about two months. The only real complaint I have is I wish more work was done to help condos with sound proofing. The only real issue is our upstairs neighbors when they go up and down the stairs. Wish there was slightly more insulation but overall great experience.

Nia, our sales rep, was FANTASTIC. We can not say enough great things about her.

Sales team was great, once moved in I had issues with sheet rock cracking 3 times so far and just the little things missing like a screw in a light fixture, no shower rods upstairs, also no anchor in wall for the toilet paper holder. The teams responsiveness to these issues was very fast and they take care of the issues.

Communication with the client is excellent. They do the work on time and even ahead of time. There are only minor shortcomings about the construction work.

For this to be our first home buying experience , K Hov made everything very easy . I do believe that some base options could be upgraded to be “base” such as paint.

Quick responses from sales representatives, construction manager, and finance personnels; great attitudes of customer-caring service answering almost all sorts of questions from a customer in a way of thoughtful and mindful manner, including touring the site, reporting construction progresses, and processing the loan application with final closing procedures. With all those great customer-caring services, a customer is the CUSTOMER - TWO thumbs up...!

Very attentive to any issues that I had and took care of them fairly quick.

What stood out for me at K Hov was the sales team and how helpful and responsive they were! My sales rep Elizabeth made the overall experience so enjoyable as she was never pushy and provided us with all the information and resources we needed to make our decision. She kept us informed the whole way through on the progress of our home and anything she needed from us along the way. All departments from Sales, Lending, to the Project Management team were extremely friendly and did what they said they would do throughout the process.
