From beginning to end Elizabeth made my very first home buying experience one to remember!! She was extremely responsive throughout the whole process and kept me informed every step of the way. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure that I understood all the information given to me, and always made it clear that I could reach out to her if I ever had any questions. She really does care! For that I am forever grateful! K. Hovanian is extremely lucky to have Elizabeth on their team!

The sales team was great and very adaptable

It was an amazing experience. Many of my friends had thought about the deadline to close and behold, it was finished on time. I love the master bedroom and the beautiful lawn and quietness.

I know KHovnanian from New Jersey they are one of the known builders so I have full trust on them. I buy my home online I never been in Texas before I purchase my home, but my sales manager Ms. Lacey made it easy she provides every information that needed, and I am happy with her service until now. I move to Dallas sub since work started in my building, so I am well aware each and every work progress and quality of materials used for building my home. Building material quality is good but the appliances what they provided are the poor quality I am hoping they should improve in this area they provided GE appliances of least quality not sure how long it last but not satisfied with it. Other than that, I have not had any issues during my home building and even after. I finance my home from them which makes my closing very easy also Warrant team so responsive I got very quick response and most of things fixed very quickly. A lot of turnover with construction managers throughout the build, but our last one, Joe, was very good. He was attentive, followed up, and diligent. Our experience with Joe was a good one. Our sales reps (Elizabeth and Tracy) were excellent. We had a great experience with Elizabeth and we'd recommend her to anyone looking to buy from K. Hov in the area.

Overall it’s good experience, I would recommend KHOV builder to my friends.

Sales and construction manager were super responsive and problem solvers. I would buy a house again with them any day. The options set up by KHov were also straightforward. Not having annoying extras charged for "power plugs that should already be there in the first place" as Pulte does is a big bonus.

Elizabeth and Tracey were there for us every step of the way. The customer service was excellent. Elizabeth kept us in the loop on the progress of our house from day one. She is like a member of our family now. We could call her for anything at anytime. Our assistant construction manager Joe was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented. This team is outstanding.

Professionally built and good quality.Sales agents,loan officers,title officers were all very accommodating and gave help and assistance throughout the process.Some minor repairs are needed and homeowners service are always there to fix.

My experience had it's ups and downs but the team that I worked with was amazing. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.

From the very moment we were greeted at the model home by sales rep Brandon we received top notch service, I really can't say enough about how friendly he was and how knowledgeable he was about home options. He answered all of our questions and referred us to a lender who also provided exceptional service and responded quickly to all of our questions. We then met with Bob and Kayla the construction Managers. They were very personable and really wanted to make sure to build us a quality house. They always kept their word about fixing something that we noticed during the build. They really made the whole process a fun and enjoyable experience. With current delays in housing market due to material and labor issues delivering on time is challenging, kudos to whole team who worked together to deliver even earlier than promised

We loved working with Rick and Ralph! They were both always so responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. We got constant updates which was awesome :)

David , James and Raphael were great team of people to work with.

Paula is a true asset to Khov. She follows through with everything she says she will do. Her personality and kind nature puts you at ease. Thank you Paula for everything. Ross with the Finance part is terrific too. Always answers back with questions we had. Scott is the man when we had to do our walk through. Quiet but you can trust he will get things right.
