It was quick and easy. I love the look of my home.

I think the best part of buying my first house was having Donna M. as our contact person. From the start she was very helpful and sincere. She was always available every step of our house buying process. She is a valuable gem at KHOVnanian.

K. Hovanian made my purchasing experience amazing! I didn’t have a lot of issues that other buyers have complained about with dealing with builders. I would highly recommend purchasing with K. Hovanian.

We initially went under contract with CastleRock for a house that was in the process of being built. After a couple weeks of progress and seeing the terrible craftsmanship and also having an unresponsive construction manager and sales manager we forfeited our contract. We found a KHov house under construction and the decided that was the house for us. The difference was incredible. KHov really takes pride in their build. Crafts were all great to work with and did a top notch job. If something was wrong KHov fixed it with no questions asked...Even after closing, if anything needed fixed (we had 2 windows that needed replaced and a scratch on the bath tub fixed) KHov came and got it repaired/replaced very timely. Recently moved into our new K. Hovnanian Home! I want to give a big thanks to my construction managers Cary and Nomluis for really providing top notch service.

Sales Staff (Peter) is outstanding. John, building foreman also great. Promptly addressed all questions and issues. Pre-wiring was not my favorite experience. Need to provide better options in this modern digital society. Also, still concerned about roof deck & water issues associated with it.

He was very informative and he pretty much sold me on buying this Villa with his knowledge about KHovnanian homes.

I like to thank Mike, Tonia Adam for their part in making the transition into our new K-hov home and new community relatively easy. They were there to answer questions and to help in any way they could. Kudos to Adam on insuring that the after-service issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased.

We had a great experience working with k-Hov builders. Our home was completed when promised and they were very attentive to any issues we had after we moved in. Our immediate punch list was very short.

Overall buying experience was excellent, some issues in communicating from project build, like we were not called about initial walk thru before drywall was put up and getting the warranty information on home

Overall, a great experience! As a first time home buyer, the process was very smooth. There were a few misunderstandings with the optional building choices that got cleared up quickly. Sparky and his team was always there to help and answer whatever crazy questions I had. Yoli was very sweet and checked in with me even while on maternity leave! Jamie was also amazing!!!! I continue to recommend friends and family to go with KHOV as I felt secure throughout the entire process. Only complaint was material shortages and that was no fault of the company.

I had a great overall experience with my home purchase. I want to specifically highlight my interactions with John B. our building site manager. He was awesome and cared about our every needs.

The overall process of buying a home from KHov was relatively easy and stress-free. The sales team guided me through the process of the various steps along the way and I was kept up to date on the progress of the build through weekly pictures. We had a few initial issues (as is always the case with new-builds) and they were addressed right away. Everyone along the way (sales, builders, designers, etc.) was friendly. Probably my only issue with the KHov process was that the standard cabinets, flooring, and fixtures were incredibly basic / cheap, essentially forcing an upgrade on almost everything. We got a great value on our unit.

The overall process was fabulous. As stated prior, the home construction industry has many challenges. The management of resources, manpower and supplies to deliver a new home in a timely fashion is paramount. The KHOV production team has done a great job staying on top of the issues and resolving quickly. The execution of the construction phase, being managed by Tom and Jeff has been excellent amongst the challenges. It's not an easy job, but their transparency and professionalism is a welcome sight.

Overall experience was great. Veronica was really helpful and Adrian really knows how to take care of all the concerns we had. He also was on point with the closing date. He made sure everything was completed on time had everything ready for us to move in.

Building supervisors and Sales agents are very easy to deal with. We communicated on a daily basis and they were always open to suggestions. If I didn’t understand something in the building process they were very responsive and patient in their explanations. Lest I forget, our initial appointment with Rosa early last year was a very easy, albeit long meeting. She was terrific with some great suggestions.

all in al a very good and easy easy thanks to Tracy in the selling are and Joe as our construction head. They've always returned out emails and dealt with things and keep us abreast al throughout the building process

The Sales Consultant (Becky) was very pleasant and awesome. She was always there to answer any questions / challenges we had, willing to help with our overall experience throughout the process. The construction manager (Blue) and the assistant (Ramiro) too were good. Ramiro is an awesome guy and friendly. Our friends love our house and desire to have something like this for their next houses when ready. On the Khov Mortgage side, we didn't have quite a good experience especially with the delay in getting rates on time which eventually led to higher rate from their side but we got our rate which is less from another provider.
