We walked into a model home and were blown away. Our guide then took us on a golf cart ride to view what has become our home. We walked into the inlaw suite first it had everything we needed for our father. Then walked into main home and we were viewing a dream that became reality.

K. Hovnanian Homes were great to work with from the start to finish. Just had one issue with not knowing that the elevation I selected didn’t come with stone but was an upgrade. We used them as a lender and that was a smooth and seamless process. Our sales person, April answered all of our questions and within a timely manner. She is great to work with. Our home is beautiful and we are looking to enjoy many years here.

Overall very good experience starting from visiting the sales office to closing of the house. Paul(sales agent) did a great job in providing all the necessary details about the site plan and construction updates. High class construction materials made it luxury homes.

From the moment we agreed to purchasing our home in January 2022 up until our home was delivered in August 2022, my husband and I enjoyed every step of the home buying and home building experience! K.Hovnanian literally walks you through the entire process, providing your future homes’ information while answering any questions you may have. Thank you to Ashley, who continuously kept me updated on the progress of my house throughout the entire process. Felt like she was honest and open throughout the process and was always easy to reach. Thank you Scott for your patience as we had to correct things a long the way. He always handled things quickly and without any push back. Great customer service throughout the whole process. Always available and quick to respond. Thank you Wyatt for helping when needed. Customer service was great by everyone I came across with KHov, even down to the mortgage loan officer Christi. The standard designs and finishes available are a lot higher quality compared to some other builders. However it would be nice to have more flexibility changing minor things in the floor plan as that seems like a good portion of the point of getting a house built instead of moving into a house that is already standing. For the most part everything turned out great. There were some things as far as the craftsmanship that I felt like could have been better but other than that I would definitely recommend. ... More

We had the best homebuying experience with KHov. They kept their word every step of the way from signing the contract to closing. We have recommended KHov to anybody that will listen! This home is beyond what we could have ever expected.

By far the best buying experience we've ever had, so much so that we even referred my sister who also bought a house in the same subdivision! I cannot speak highly enough for Susan, our sales agent, Alan and Roger who helped with the construction. The house is very sound, quiet, the experience was a breeze, and the overall enthusiasm from the team was great. Everyone that has seen our home has had nothing but praises, and we could not be happier. However, I do have 1 complaint, and that is with the finishing and use of finishing materials. Towards the end, all of the touch up work, finishing, trim, paint were clearly very rushed. The quality of workmanship is extremely poor with lots of areas needing touch ups, broken/chipped tiles, one of the stair railings shaking a lot, almost noen of the spindles are flush with the base of the stairs leaving a significant gap, and almost every single piece of trim/moulding is damaged with dents and defects throughout the house (framing around doors, baseboards, etc). I understand builders grade material is used for these types of construction homes but the defects should have been patched, sanded, and then painted rather than just covered up with paint. We've found the same issue on the exterior of the house as well Although these are just cosmetic issues, they really take away from the "polished" look we would expect for a new home. I will include all of these on my 45 day list of items that need to be revisited/fixed. I had a wonderful experience purchasing a condo in the Pender Oaks community. My sales agent, Joey was truly amazing to work with! He was attentive to my needs and concerns. He also responded to my questions within a timely fashion. Despite the delay in the home building process, the KHov team communicated frequently to let me know what was going on. Matt, the Construction Manager, has also been wonderful throughout this process. He's been here through every step of the way and has taken the time to explain the inner workings of my home and has even gone above and beyond to help resolve certain issues with the home. I love my house and the development. Vicki has been great in helping with everything. She is the best and very responsive. Fred was also very helpful. I do not like the color of the paint on the walls and ceiling. I wish it was pure white. Also, I wish the sod was done better. Overall, I think it is great.

Our builder Jeremy and sales rep Brandi were great. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had and helped us resolve them in a timely manner.

As a first time homebuyer, KHov made the experience pleasant and seamless. Mike was very responsive even after the purchase was completed. They made the experience feel personalized. I would definitely consider purchasing from this builder again.

I had a great home buying experience working with Fred and Justin. Fred was extremely helpful throughout the homebuying process and always was able to answer my questions or get me an answer promptly. In addition, since we have closed Jordan has been extremely helpful with any issues with the home.

Everyone was great from Lisa at the Models of Townhouses to the finance department. My only issue was with the Builder. Not those who do the work but the overseeing 'boss'. He unnecessarily sent our moving PODS away just because a paint truck was parked in front of our drive way. I understand they were 'touching up' some things THEY MISSED BUT TO PUNISH MY FAMILY FROM HAVING THEIR BEDS WAS UNNECESSARY! I told his worker yet he has yet to address me.

I admire how my realtor was on time with all the replies and how she helped me out throughout the entire process. The builder was always available to reach through text and emails or calls and made sure the house was upto my expectations. there were minor issues found in and around the house, i believe it is due to the fact of the house settling in since it's a new built.

It was a good experience overall, the people were very professional and was friendly too.

Peter was so helpful during the entire process. Everything was perfect! The process was great although stressful at times but Peter was with us all the way and he was responsive to our questions. Great customer service K. Hov!

Lady Karen was amazing! She was very supportive and informative throughout the whole process. She was FANTASTIC! The house was built extremely fast and we were overall please, the only downfall was that work from the contract trades was bad.
