Sales person were very attentive and quick to help resolve any issues, only concern is the minimal customizing option once we select the pallets

From day one of walking into the sales office to make inquiries through the last day of receiving our gold key we enjoyed working with KHOV in building our dream home. The process was smooth and everyone involved with us have been highly professional and sweet. After moving into our home we discovered a few issues (which is normal with new builds) and the company has been prompt in helping us fix it. We love working with KHOV and will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone who is looking to buy their dream home.

All the people involved were very responsive. We have built 12 homes with different builders and this staff was one of the best!

The builder up holds his word on corrective action. Building flaws are inherent in all builders as the nature of the business is. But all in all they were diligent in all issues. Cosmetics, building structure, Supply chain issues of the past. A builder who can weather what these times can throw at the them. Quality.

I had a great experience with K.Hov as a first time home buyer. Not knowing what to expect or should expect with the process, K.Hov made it easy and provided a high level of customer service along the way. Everyone has been nice, responsive, and have done the right thing when questions have come up after the sale.

Overall a pleasant experience. We had some concerns or issues arise but the Builder was quick in their response to correct.

We looked at several homes in the Scottsdale area and found the right size and atmosphere at KHov. It was a pleasant surprise since KHov was not even at the top of our list. From the sales consultants where it all started and paved the way for us to like, love and purchase our home, to the people who constructed our home, to the maintenance, to Khov Mortgage lender, we are very pleased. What I would advise homebuyers is to really visit the sites. That makes a lot of difference. I love that the shops and amenities are walking distance from my home. It allows me to have a nice walk and get everything done close by. Construction is still going on with some houses, and most if not all of us residents with dogs hope that the dog park will soon be equipped with more grass for our furry family. Overall it was a great experience, now that I have been here a couple of months I worry about a couple of small things I thought were insignificant in the beginning. My smoke detectors were bad, I have pulled them down but am not not protected. My fence is flimsy and I don’t feel It’s safe for my dog, I have to build it up. and last I have a sticking pantry door. All minor things but know it will concern me or cause issues in future.

The overall process was very streamlined compared to other builders we’ve worked with. From the Sales Team to the mortgage group, the options coordinators and project construction managers each made the success of the process effortless.

We are satisfied with our new home. Being first buyers, everyone help us to have a pleasant experience. We definitely recommend KHovnanian to ours friends and family

Buying a new home is always stressful but it can be good if you are in the right neighborhood. The project managers here are very helpful and timely in their response. There are a lot of things to be concerned about while spending your money and there will be differences of opinion and perspective but this neighborhood and developer are working to give you the best they can. We have had an overall positive experience and we would wholeheartedly recommend putting your family in a home here. Thank you to everyone involved and we look forward to getting more great neighbors.

Our home is beautiful and we are overall happy with it. As with all new buildings we had a few issues that were promptly repaired and resolved.
