We are very pleased with our K.Hovnanian home. There are some issues that need to be addressed but they’re minor. Everyone we have worked with has been very helpful and easy to get ahold of.

Daniel Z. Was a fantastic help with the home buying process. The construction team did a wonderful job fixing up anything we saw on the yellow tape walk through.

The sales team is very attentive and easy to work with despite the various moving pieces. The neighborhood is super quiet which is a huge plus as it’s filled with mature and responsible working professionals. Overall home is good but the very small backyard is taking some time to get used to. I would have been ok with a smaller footprint for more backyard.

The sales rep (Tiffany) was very knowledgeable and never missed a chance to connect with updates. She gave useful tips that helped me make better decision, especially when my original lender failed to come through. Tiffany promised to find an alternative and she did with very good result. In addition. the construction manager was always calling to relay updates about progress on construction site. Although it took 10 months to move in, it is worth the wait. Thanks Tiffany!

Vicki my agent was wonderful. She provided timely updates since my primary home is out of state. she was extremely responsive to questions, a great experience.

Had a great experience and this was our fifth house purchase. The patience and professionalism shown by Monica was really one of the reasons we went with K. Hovanian. Joe as the construction manager was helpful and responsive. Home is wonderful!. Thank you!

Sales staff was good and are limited to what they can share. Craftsmanship with the building process is not at the level I expected. Some corners have been cut with the interior of the structure. The unfinished garage has numerous flaws in the workmanship. Significant amount of money spent on upgrades that don’t live up to an upgrade with split wood and damaged or unfinished materials.

Both Kade and Lisa were very helpful throughout our building process and always addressed our questions promptly. Both are great assets to KHov.

I had a great experience from start to finish & the swiftness in responses to all of my inquiries and issues is unmatched. Highly recommend! Andrew, our construction manager, is AMAZING and Catricia just makes everything better. I love the team and I love my new home!

The seals representative and chief contractor were really helpful and informative. The overall process was a good experience because of these great people.

Overall experience was great. At the model home Connie was great with house build choices. The painting could have been done a lot better. Wish all the air returns were covered up during drywall sanding and wall painting. Lots of junk in ductwork. Overall craftsmanship in finishing work sloppy.

House was completed earlier than promised and we were kept apprised of progress every step of the way.

We loved our salesman, James who was extremely helpful in what came with the home to taken the time out to show us the build. Christian was very knowledgeable and went over everything with us and provided thorough updates on the progression of the build. Overall we are extremely happy!!

The process from beginning to end was very smooth. The sales person was very good and the construction manager was even better!

I would like to specially commend Paul for his help throughout the sales process. Construction team members Victor and Eric were very helpful. Also a callout to Matthew from Khov mortgage team, for overall responsiveness during the loan process.

Home buying went well home is mostly well designed, appliances are great. Have a few cosmetic issues, outside traffic noise is a little loud. Overall the property was worth purchasing.

Overall, the experience went well and we are very happy with the end result. Nick was great, answering any questions we had in the initial selection process. The construction manager Tom was very patient and quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had during the build process.
